The Space
This holiday home, ideal for 3 to 6 guests, is situated in a tranquil area surrounded by jungle wilderness and located beside a natural rainwater river. Positioned in the center-north part of the village, it is just a five-minute walk from Santa Teresa's sandy beach and two minutes from the "Super Hacienda" supermarket.

The ocean is just a five-minute walk away, making it easy to grab your surfboard and head to the beach. The nearby supermarket, located two minutes on foot, recently added an ATM and operates daily from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Roy’s place was great. The location is just right, with privacy and nature and a lovely creek, but still walkable to all the stores and restaurants. We heard howler monkeys most mornings which is awesome. The bathroom door and one of the bedroom doors doesn’t really close so depending on who you’re staying with that could be an issue. No hammock outside like pictured. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

This is the nicest Airbnb I've stayed at. Because of the decorations, the quality of the kitchen amenities and the spaces it has you feel right at home. I would have happily stayed for weeks!

Muy acogedora, muy bien equipada, todo lo necesario para tener una excelente estadía. El lugar es muy tranquilo, el jardín está bien mantenido y limpio. Es un lugar seguro, cercano a la playa y a todo, la mejor forma de vivir Santa Teresa es en un lugar como este. Es un lugar que te va a hacer sentir muy cómodo, como en tu casa, está decorado, hay libros, velas, plantas, etc… volvería sí o sí

Tínhamos uma expectativa diferente relativamente a esta casa. As fotografias dão ideia de um espaço melhor do que o que realmente encontrámos. Casa a precisar de alguma manutenção, muitos insectos (é normal na Costa Rica, mas aqui foi excessivo porque algumas portas não fecham bem). Camas não são muito confortáveis. Supermercado muito perto, mas necessário carro para a maioria das deslocações (estávamos com 2 crianças).

Het huis is te klein voor 6 personen. Airco in de 3de slaapkamer ontbrak. Foto's tonen een luxe strandhuis, maar dit is verre weg van. Het huis heeft onderhoud nodig en advertentie komt niet overeen met de werkelijkheid. Voor de prijs wat je hiervoor betaald mag je veel meer verwachten. De ligging is wel mooi, dichtbij strand. Wel meer dan aangegeven. Circa 15 minuten lopen. Surfboarden zijn niet aanwezig, maar die moeten gehuurd worden a $20 per dag. In het begin reageerde host altijd, maar na het melden van klachten gaf hij niet meer thuis. Airbnb heeft het uiteindelijk netjes opgelost.

El alojamiento estaba muy bien, la ubicación a 50 metros de un super que tiene de todo y a poco minutos caminando de la playa, Roy nos colaboro con todo lo que necesitabamos, fue muy buen anfitrion, mi único comentario es que se podrían mejorar las cerraduras de las puertas ya que casi todas tenían algún defecto, pero fuera de eso todo muy bien
