Important Details
- Maximum occupancy is 6 people, including adults and children, unless prior authorization is granted. Arriving with more than 6 guests without approval will result in denied check-in without refund.
- A damage protection policy is included with your booking, covering accidental damages up to $1,500. Willful or negligent damage may incur additional charges.
- Strict no-tolerance policy on parties and loud noise. Complaints or evidence of disruptive behavior between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM may lead to fines up to $1,000, eviction, and possible legal action.
- El Cantil is a vibrant oceanfront property that may undergo construction upgrades during your stay. These are typically limited to one unit per building and occur between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
- Local celebrations and events in Cozumel, such as Mexico Independence Day (September) and Carnaval (late January to early February), can sometimes extend late into the night. Please inquire about specific dates if noise is a concern. No refunds will be issued for noise related to these events.

Casa Graciela was fantastic. The location was very walkable to town and restaurants. The amenities were great. The condo was spacious, clean, and well appointed. The pier offered easy pickup for diving. I would recommend Gary’s place and plan to use it again in the future.

Perfect spot to stay in Cozumel for our family of five. The unit is beautiful and full of amenities like a private elevator and bikes/helmets, the view is gorgeous and we hit the pool and snorkelled off the dock every day. Being within walking distance of groceries and restaurants was so convenient. There's a whole guidebook provided with very detailed info on the unit and local recommendations for excursions to restaurants. The property management staff were responsive and the staff at the building were so helpful. We loved our stay and would absolutely go back.

This place exceeded our expectations! It was spotless and very well maintained The listing was completely accurate and all the amenities and room sizes were precisely as described. Everything mentioned in the listing was there and working perfectly, including reliable WiFi and well-equipped kitchen facilities. Our host was outstanding. They responded to all messages immediately, provided crystal-clear check-in and check-out instructions. They were available throughout our stay . We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this place. Everything was exactly as promised with exceptional cleanliness and host service. We’d definitely book again!

We loved everything about this place! The condo itself was spacious and comfortable, great convenient location to easily walk to stores and restaurants, really good communication from the host, and the views were absolutely stunning. There is fantastic snorkeling right off the private dock, and we loved that we could be picked up from the condo dock for a boat snorkel tour. My husband and daughter also loved the use of the mountain bikes to do a long ride around the island. I highly recommend Cozumel as a vacation destination, and this condo is an amazing way to experience it!

This is my second time visiting Cozumel. The first time we stayed at an all inclusive resort, this time we were traveling it a large group and decided to go the Airbnb route. We felt very much at home, safe, loved the location, views and Gary was very helpful. Would definitely stay here again, walking distance to downtown, grocery store, and ferry. The pool was cleaned daily, the snorkeling was my family’s highlight, very friendly staff. Met and exceeded our expectations

Casa Graciela is a stunning and immaculate condo with an excellent location and incredible amenities! From the the pool table, blue tooth speakers, ninja blender for margs, beautifully appointed decor, the Mayan chess set, breathtaking views and fantastic snorkeling right in front, this has been an Airbnb we will never forget. Muchas gracias to Gary, Leslie and their incredible staff. Our family vacation in Cozumel was so enjoyable in every way!
