The Space
Casa Sueño is a thoughtfully designed, spacious home that comfortably accommodates eight guests. It features three bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom.
- One bedroom with a queen bed is located on the first floor, providing easy access without stairs.
- Upstairs, there are two bedrooms: one with a queen bed and another with two full beds.
- An additional pull-out sofa bed is available in the upstairs living room for extra sleeping space.
Air conditioning units are installed in all three bedrooms. The main living areas do not have air conditioning but benefit from an open-concept layout with accordion doors that can be fully opened to welcome the ocean breeze.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to prepare your meals. The dining table comfortably seats all guests.
The main living room includes a large-screen television equipped with Roku, allowing you to stream your favorite apps.
Guest Access
Guests have full access to the entire house. Please note that the garage is reserved for personal storage and is not available for guest use.
Additional Information
Our family has enjoyed many stays at Casa Sueño, and we hope yours will be just as memorable. Please be cautious with small children around the infinity pool—avoid climbing on the walls or jumping from the deck. Children should also be careful around the glass banisters to prevent accidents.
The outdoor stairs do not have a railing on the open side, so everyone, including children, should use the wall-mounted railing for support when going up or down.
The road leading from the beach to the house is unpaved. We recommend using an SUV with good ground clearance. While it is possible to navigate with a two-wheel-drive vehicle, a four-wheel-drive is preferable for easier access.

Russell’s Casa is a hidden gem. Pictures don’t do it justice. The view is breathtaking. The setup of the house provides privacy for everyone especially having a bathroom attached to each room. Samara Rentals are extremely responsive and available to help with the house. Excellent communication. We loved our vacation, the house and Playa Carrillo.

Absolutely breathtaking! This house is truly out of this world, and honestly, the pictures don't even do justice to how stunning the views and the property actually are. It was the perfect base for our stay. We had some incredible adventures nearby—the spearfishing with Drift was a thrill, and the horseback riding with Horse Jungle was a highlight of our trip. We loved the balance of the location; we spent our time between the peaceful, pristine Carrillo beach and the lively Sámara beach when we wanted to enjoy the great restaurants and bars right on the sand. A 10/10 experience!

All you really need to know is that we already booked a return trip during our stay! This home is everything we love about the Playa Carrillo area. 4WD may be helpful during rainy season- but definitely not necessary in January. AC only in bedrooms as advertised, but the breeze is amazing when you open up the house! Somehow the pool is cold and clean constantly. We loved Gusto in Samara for a beach club vibe, but parking on Playa Carrillo with a cooler and snacks was unmatched. Gorgeous beach sunset! It was an absolute dream and we will be back!

La villa est parfaite pour une famille. Très proche de la plage de Carillo qui est, de mon point de vue, la plus belle plage du secteur. La villa est pleine de lumière, une vue superbe. Bien équipée et très sécuritaire. Je recommande !

This home was amazing! We absolutely loved the view from every room in the house. Every day we opened up the large doors and enjoyed the view and pool. All of the bedroom AC units work very well. The layout of this home could not be better for three couples to enjoy. Every bedroom had it's own bathroom and every bedroom is located a fair distant from the other bedroom. One bedroom downstairs and two upstairs with a loft between the two upstairs bedrooms. The half bath downstairs near the kitchen was in a great location. The pool was a wonderful addition. The house feel very secure with the gate at the entrance. All the other homes near this house are located behind or far enough away that you feel totally private. The beach at the bottom of the road up to the home is beautiful and is not crowded at all. I highly recommend spending a day on that beach. I would highly recommend this home and would rent it again if ever staying in the same area.
