Second time staying here. We love it. Beautiful gardens and scenery. Highly recommend arranging for the caretakers to provide breakfasts. Great spot.

First off, Wilmer was awesome. He was incredibly kind, helpful, and made the entire experience smooth from start to finish. The place itself exceeded our expectations, it was even more spacious than we imagined and the property is absolutely beautiful. We had an amazing stay and enjoyed every minute of it. Thank you so much for having us. We’d love to come back again!

What a beautiful, tranquil spot! The on-site staff were awesome and so sweet. It's a bit of a drive to get there, but you're right in the middle between Granada and Masaya, so you get the best of both worlds. The interior rooms are a little dated, but the view more than makes up for it and the property and landscaping are beautifully done. Honestly, I could see myself living here. Would definitely stay again.

We really wanted to love this place, but persistent issues made it unbearable. First the good things the garden is beautiful and really makes the atmosphere. Wilmer the assistant to the property is phenomenal, always available and quick to help. The bad, the rooms are a bit dated and we frequently found animal feces on the floor and bed. Seemed a little large to be mice, but small to be dogs. We suspected lizards? The dogs somehow get on the roof and scurry around at all hours and woke us numerous times throughout the night. There are lots and lots of bugs, bug spray is a must. Power, we stayed a week and lost power 4/7 days with the longest being 7 hours. We lost our groceries to spoiling twice which was very frustrating granted the stores were 30-40 mins out. Water would run out randomly or the water pressure would be non existent for long periods of time. No hot water for showers. Two of the bathrooms had constant clogging resulting in one room just smelling horrible.

Beautiful place with stunning lagoon views and grounds that are clearly cared for with pride. The landscaping is immaculate, with healthy plants and shrubs that are regularly trimmed and maintained. The accommodations are set up in a hotel-style layout, with separate rooms that each have their own private bathroom and air-conditioning unit, providing both comfort and privacy. The kitchen is well equipped with everything needed for preparing meals, and the refrigerator works exceptionally well. If you're stocking up on a few cold Toñas, you'll appreciate how quickly it chills drinks. Getting to the property is relatively easy. Most of the route is paved and in good condition, although there is a short unfinished section near the end that is quite rocky and bumpy. The drive is worth it once you arrive. One of the property's biggest highlights is its location on the lagoon. The views are absolutely beautiful, especially at sunrise and sunset. There is a small beach area as well. Excellent
