Great location amazing surf

We loved our stay. The condo was clean, comfy and beautiful. We came for our son’s first birthday. It is a great place to come with kids. The host was so helpful and accommodating. The provided airport transportation for us, golf cart rentals, restaurant reservations anything you needed. We can’t wait to come back and stay here again.

Great location, very quiet, you can always hang out on the balcony and it doesn’t get sunny.

Nsr was great. place was impeccable, instructions were clear, and the beach was fantastic.

The only observation was with the internet, I could not use anything other than cable on the TV

Excellent place to go on vacation

A great place for surfers or someone looking to relax. Not a place for those looking to explore beaches nearby, as you can’t access them easily or they are blocked by security to other private areas like Rancho Santana.

It is annoying that you can’t access other beaches unless you risk your life crossing dangerous rocky cliffs along high wave shoreline

Would highly recommend this stay! And definitely have lunch at the mexican restaurant on the beach just a few minutes beach walk toward Santana! We loved it here!

Great week-long stay at the condo. At at the north end of the beach, with the closest restaurant being La Taqueria at Rancho Santa, which is amazing, and 20-minute walk on the beach to the beach club. Great views, surf, everything was wonderful!

Do buy groceries before arriving to Hacienda Iguana, in Rivas, and you will need to buy all essentials like salt, pepper and oil.

Great location, on the beach. Great waves all week. Panga drops is a short walk out the front door, Colorados

Is a 15 min walk. Having a rental car, golf cart, or bike is recommended.

Comfortable rooms

Always love staying in Iguana. Very cool little community with great food, sunsets that can’t be beat and a very chill place to visit.

Great space for a relaxing vacation. The location is amazing and easily walkable, however, I would recommend arranging for a golf cart (an additional $40 per day) to get around the property. To get to the AMAZING La Taqueria you simply walk across the beach at low tide, I think it would be possible most of the day, just use your best judgment.
