Casa Margarita is a spacious 5-bedroom home located in Santa Carmela, Cabo San Lucas. Recently updated, it features brand new mattresses, a kitchen with granite countertops and modern appliances, new bathrooms, and all-new furniture. The property includes internet access and Sonos speakers for your entertainment.
This residence is ideal for large families or groups of adult couples, as it consists of two separate kitchens and is divided into the Sunset home, the Sunrise home, plus a casita. The outdoor area boasts a private large pool, Jacuzzi, grill, and a terrace with ocean views.
The minimum age requirement for guests is 30 years old.

Casa Margarita is situated in an exclusive, upscale family residential neighborhood with 24-hour security guards, ensuring a safe and secure environment.
House Rules
To maintain the quality and tranquility of the neighborhood, the following rules apply:
- No parties or loud noise after 10 p.m. (numerous bars and nightclubs are available in town for nightlife)
- The house is intended for relaxation and rest, not for partying
- No pets allowed
- Only guests confirmed in the reservation are permitted; no excessive visitors
- No smoking inside the house; smoking is allowed only on the terraces
- Fines will be issued for violations of HOA rules

Additional Information
- For groups over six people, an assistant is included at no extra charge. The assistant will set the table, serve as a waiter, and prepare drinks during the service.
- Grocery shopping for all ingredients required for chef services is done at no additional cost; guests only pay for the groceries.
- Cleaning after the service is included.
