We are within walking distance to Playa Conchal, and within a short driving distance to all the major beaches and popular restaurants; incredible nature all around! The space The Pink Villa is unique. Located within a gated property and surrounded by a tropical garden with fruit and coconut trees, it is Villas la Paz's favorite villa. Your family and friends will delight in this exotic and private atmosphere. Relax on the hammocks set on the house's beautiful palm hut with a wooden floor that overlooks the pool and Jacuzzi. Upon arriving you'll find an open veranda with relaxing seats and a stainless steel barbecue grill. Three rooms and 2 bathrooms on your right. Continue to the fully equipped kitchen that connect to the palm hut there is a table that sits 12 people. Villa equipped with all the essential amenities. There is an optional cook available that will take care of breakfast, lunch, and dinner for an additional $140/day, so your vacation is a real vacation! You can also walk to a nearby restaurant. Washer and dryer are at our facility laundry room, first service is free; $15 big load, $10 small load. Guest access The swimming pool and Jacuzzi are right out front. We are 15 minutes away from the closest town and groceries, we recommend to please stop by for goods before arriving. Other things to note The pool is shared with four other villas. There is parking within the property. Daily cleaning, staff of 2 live at other location on the same property. Different pricing for full week on holy week and new year's week.. Closest beach (west point of Playa Conchal) is a 10-15 minute walk Closest super market is 15 minutes away in car, please get groceries before coming. Laundry service is $10 medium load, $15 big load
