The Space

This charming 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom eco-casita provides a comfortable and affordable retreat. Situated in a private area with only four eco-casitas, it offers access to a shared private pool. You are just steps away from all of Iguana's amenities, including restaurants, shops, golf, pickleball, surfing, and more.

The casita is ideally located just a 10 to 15-minute walk from the beach or a quick 5-minute golf cart ride. It sits directly across the street from The Salty Koala restaurant, as well as a café, spa, and workout studio. Additionally, the Iguana commercial area with a variety of restaurants and shops is only a 5-minute walk away.

Inside, the casita is equipped with modern conveniences such as:

• Air conditioning and ceiling fans in every room
• Private patio with string lights
• Battery backup system to maintain comfort for a few hours during power outages

The master bedroom includes a queen bed and a private en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom can be configured with either a king bed or two twin beds and is located next to the guest bathroom.

Guest Access

Guests have full access to the entire casita, including the laundry area inside. The pool area just outside the casita is also available for use.
