The property is located in Playa Santa Teresa, in the Santa Teresa/Malpais area, just 200 meters from the main surf spot and some of the best beach areas in the heart of Santa Teresa Beach.

- 2-minute walk to the pool
- 3 minutes to nearby restaurants and cafes
- 5 minutes to the beach
Parking is available on an upper level, so guests only need to descend one flight of stairs to reach the apartment. The house sits midway up the mar-A-mar hill, providing breathtaking views.
Transportation
Guests can use the stairs to access the property or rent a vehicle such as an ATV, Rhino, or car. During the dry season, a regular car is sufficient, although a 4x4 vehicle is recommended for fully exploring Santa Teresa's natural attractions.

la casa es mas linda de lo que parece en las fotos. la vista es increible. lo unico no es apta para gente con movilidad reducida (pendientes y escaleras para llegar). es realmente muy linda

This place is truly idyllic. I honestly didn’t want to leave. The surroundings and decor were simply unique and stunning. We were a family of 4 (2 daughters aged 11 & 14) and we all adored the place. The outside space is divine. I’ll never forget it . A dishwasher, washing machine / dryer would have been a plus if you’re planning to stay for a longer trip.

This place in Santa Teresa is simply amazing. The view is absolutely breathtaking — especially the sunsets, which are just incredible from up here. Everything was super clean and in perfect condition. The apartment was cleaned on the third day, and even the compost was emptied. We honestly have nothing negative to say. We were truly very, very happy with our stay and can wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation. A definite highlight of our trip!

Incredible spot and beautifully appointed. You must be in great shape and have a four wheel drive to stay here. Lots of stairs but the view is worth it!

Really amazing place, with great support and amazing views. I could sit on the terrace all morning with a coffee and listen to nature with the incredible view. I felt very much at home there.

Es un departamento precioso. Decorado con hermosas cuadros y diferentes piezas de arte, hechas por los propietarios, que hacen que dé mucho gusto llegar cada vez, y hace que la subida, un poco empinada es verdad, se justifique. Seguramente volveremos.

Absolutely breathtaking view of the Pacific from a unique home filled with modern, intriguing art pieces. The space is spacious, private, and has the vibe of a modern art museum with a cool, funky twist. Be prepared for about 100 steps to reach the home, but honestly, the view makes it totally worthwhile. There are quite a few house rules, like no shoes inside, no parties or loud music, and no taking towels to the beach. While a bit unexpected for the price, it makes sense considering the gallery-like feel of the place. Overall, I’d definitely stay here again. Just good to be aware of what’s included and what’s not to make the most of the experience.
