Our stay was wonderful, and Josue was instrumental in making it a memorable experience. From start to finish, he went above and beyond to ensure everything was seamless and enjoyable. Josue coordinated incredible excursions for our group, including ATV tours and a private yacht experience. He also arranged a beautiful birthday cake and helped plan the perfect birthday celebration, making the occasion truly special. His responsiveness, professionalism, and attention to detail made all the difference. The home itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. This home was incredible. The view WOW. Everything was top notch. Josue, the concierge, was amazing. Listened to our needs and lined up incredible chefs and extras. HIGHLY recommend this home and management company.

We stayed for a week. Check in was smooth, Josue (very helpful concierge was there). The management company does make an effort to ensure guests are enjoying themselves. The AC in the living room was not performing and they replaced it. We did have an unfortunate incident with a break in while we were inside the house. Fortunately, no one was hurt and nothing went missing. The host proactively sent a 20% refund for the inconvenience which we appreciated their gesture. We recommended the host to install security cameras outside and also to enhance the backyard fence to a more proper secure system not only a divider fence. One thing to note is that 2 of the rooms are downstairs on the sub level so you have to go outside the house to get to them. Just FYI, the pool is not heated and it barely receives any sunlight throughout the day so its very cold for kids.

Buyer beware, Let me start by saying that the house was beautiful. It has amazing views and with the exception of low water pressure in the showers everything else was worth the price of admission. The issue here was with the concierge. We never heard from Brian but instead got Josue. Josue and I exchanged emails initially, then set up a zoom call. In this zoom call we went over what I wanted for my 50th. I gave Josue detailed instructions from day one. I should’ve known better when I saw discrepancies in our follow up emails. He missed things that if he was paying attention initially he wouldn’t have been missed. To make a long story short we didn’t get what we requested when it came to plan activities. Cost was based on # of guest but I guess that was too difficult to understand so we got charged more. I’m still waiting for refundsTo make matters worse he took time off in the middle of our visit. This won’t allow me to write everything because it’s limited space. But he was terrible.

Casa Radiante was all that the pics showed and more. We are 12 friends from Colorado and we had a great 5-day stay. The rooms were great. Beds were comfortable. The kitchen was beautiful. We loved the pool. The beach was easy to get to and our Concierge Josue Sato from Tamarindo Luxury Villas arranged everything we asked and we loved all of it! We had two dinners and one breakfast prepared by Local Chef Family Kitchen. Josue also organized two adventures for us. Both were epic in different ways. The first was an all-day "Sweet Costa Rica Local Experience Waterfall Tour." Our second adventure was a Sunset Catamaran cruise with Manta Ray Sailing on Grenadine Lady. The entire 5 days was great from relaxing to exhilarating. The entire 5 days was great from relaxing to exhilarating. There were bars, restaurants, massages and surfing to be had on the beach within walking distance. The housekeeping staff was great and came every day.... we recommend without hesitation.... Our stay was incredible! The property offered breathtaking views and a pristine pool that felt like a private retreat. Josue and Mauricio, our amazing concierge team, were awesome at arranging excursions, in-villa massages, and golf carts for our group. Their attentiveness and local insight truly elevated our experience. A highlight was waking up to fresh Costa Rican breakfasts prepared by the local cook, such a special touch! A small maintenance issue was handled quickly. The only note is that the two lower-level bedrooms are accessed from outside, which can be tricky during rainy season. Overall, a beautiful, relaxing, and unforgettable stay in Costa Rica!

We had a fabulous time and our concierge Josue was always there when we needed help or accommodations. He also had great referrals for fun things to do during our stay. Our memories will last a lifetime and we will definitely come back to Costa Rica! We highly recommend chef Garrett for an at home meal! All recommendations were appreciated and well worth it. This villa was beautiful. Josue was amazing! He was helpful, attentive, and quick to respond and answer our questions. The views were spectacular and the architecture of the house was unique. Everyone felt at home here and had a great time.
