Three bedrooms include one king and two queen beds, each with ensuite bathrooms. The bedrooms are furnished with high-quality decor and linens to ensure guests feel comfortable and well-rested. Large windows fill the rooms with natural light, while air conditioning and blackout curtains provide a peaceful, undisturbed sleep environment.
There are three and a half bathrooms in total, all designed with modern fixtures and finishes to offer convenience and style.
The spacious kitchen is ideal for culinary enthusiasts. It is equipped with an electric stove, a large refrigerator, a dishwasher, ample counter space, storage cabinets, and a pantry. This setup makes cooking and cleaning effortless, whether preparing meals for a dinner party or a quiet night in.
The inviting swimming pool is surrounded by landscaping and comfortable lounge chairs, creating a relaxing oasis. The pool is regularly cleaned and maintained to ensure a hygienic and enjoyable experience.

Construction on the neighboring single-family home was completed in September 2024. There is currently no major construction near the property.

Beautiful, relaxing space for our family of 5. The pool was the perfect respite for the part of the day that is too hot for the beach. 15 minute walk to the beach is easy and pleasant (also ample parking at the beach when we were feeling too lazy to walk). Bodhi tree yoga across the street was perfect for drop-in classes (surprisingly inexpensive). Be advised there is a home being built directly behind the property. No construction during our stay, thankfully, but something to be aware of

We traveled to Nosara as two couples, and this house was perfect! Spacious and comfortable. It would easily fit the number of guests advertised. The local hosts were great. The pool and outdoor space was so nice to escape the midday heat. Everything felt secure in this neighborhood. We would rent this house again if/when we come back to Nosara.

Lidia’s home is beautiful, quiet, but also easy to access Guiones and in particular the Bodhi Tree yoga resort. House is immaculate and we loved how comfortable it was for our family. We walked to beach, went to North Guiones and Playa Pelada at night for nightlife, and enjoyed a lovely stay there overall.

We had the most amazing stay at Lidia’s home in Nosara! The house was perfect for our family, and we made such special memories here with our two 1.5-year-olds and two 4-year-olds. The pool was absolutely beautiful and ended up being everyone’s favorite spot. We spent hours swimming, playing, and relaxing. We also loved the outdoor dining area. It was so peaceful and made every meal feel like a little moment in paradise. The location couldn’t have been better, close to town, great restaurants, and just minutes from the Bodhi Tree Yoga Resort. The home was comfortable, clean, and truly felt like our own little retreat. We’re so grateful for this stay and would absolutely come back. Highly recommend!
