About Villa YOLO
Villa YOLO embraces a clean, uncluttered Pura Vida vibe, designed to meet the needs of discerning guests. The fully stocked kitchen is perfect for preparing meals, while the location offers easy access to excellent restaurants, cafes, bars, supermarkets, banks, and beaches—all within a 1 to 3-minute drive.
The living area showcases artwork by local artisans, blending contemporary design with subtle Costa Rican influences. Neutral, calming colors and a focus on comfort define the space. Large open doors and windows allow natural light to fill the interior.
The villa has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to six guests. The primary bedroom includes a double bed, an ensuite bathroom, and a remote workstation connected to the main living area. The second bedroom also features a double bed, sharing access to the main living space, making it ideal for families, couples, or groups of friends. The third bedroom has two single beds, suitable for friends sharing a room.
Each bedroom opens onto the stunning outdoor area, where guests can enjoy breathtaking sunsets and the soothing sounds of the ocean.

Die Bilder sagen schon fast alles. Die Aussicht ist phänomenal und das Haus ist auch der Hammer. Die Küche ist voll bestückt und alles funktioniert einwandfrei.

Such a lovely stay, the villa is gorgeous, views are stunning, we loved it! The hill is walkable but steep so it was definitely a good work out, we had a 4x4 and it managed it fine. Santa Teresa is great, so many restaurants and bars, we surfed/tried to, headed to Montezuma for zip wire and thoroughly enjoyed the gorgeous sunsets from the villa. BBQ and kitchen was great, we ate in a few times and quite enjoyed watching the ant action at night. Tomi the dog was a lovely extra we discovered he loved chomping on ice cubes, he was a gem! The hosts are very responsive, loved the info they sent it was great, would highly recommend staying here.

What an incredible place, we just finished 5 days at Casa YOLO as a family of five, we all loved it and didn’t want to leave! The setting and view is beautiful, the pool is great to cool off and Santa Theresa is perfect. We ate at Aroma and the Bakery and both were fantastic with amazing food. The beach is stunning and great to play on for the kids, just be careful of currents as they are strong, be sure to swim where the life guards are (they are super helpful and aware we found). Laurent was so helpful and responsive! All in all, we loved it and favourite stop on our tour of beautiful Costa Rica!! Thank you!

The first thing that strikes you when you arrive at the house is the spectacular view of the ocean. The deck is lovely and perfect for lunches and when you have had enough of the sun you can take afternoon snoozes in the gazebo, hidden in the shade of a venerable almond tree.. The pool is warm which is lovely. The house is surrounded by lush vegetation but only 250mts approx from the main road and centre of Santa Teresa. We were only 2 people so there was plenty of room. There are 3 bedrooms, the master bedroom has a walk in bathroom and the other 2 bedrooms share 1 bathroom. The house is tastefully decorated and we would definitely consider returning. The road to get up to the house and the entrance driveway to the property are a little tricky. I would definitely recommend a 4 x 4 vehicle. We had a great long week end and a very good correspondence with the host Nathan and Laurent. I would definitely recommend it.

Casa YOLO was a perfect retreat for our family. The view was incredible and the house was very clean and comfortable. We loved the location-a quick ATV ride down the hill to get to our favorite surf break, Playa Carmen. Nathan was amazing with immediate communication and recommendations for navigating beautiful Santa Teresa. We highly recommend this gorgeous space!

Laurent’s house was exactly what my family was looking for our vacation in Santa Teresa. The views of the ocean were amazing. Highly recommend staying here! The pool was also fantastic.
