The Rain Forest Cabin w/ Private Pool

Wat een fantastische plek. We hebben enorm genoten van deze plek. Echt een paradijsje in het groen. Heerlijk zwembad, prachtige natuur, veel dieren gezien, lieve buren. Absoluut een aanrader

Getting there was very difficult as the directions were unclear at first and were simply coordinates. However, upon contacting the host, we were finally given an address that led us directly to the house. It is important to specifically ask for this address. Otherwise, you will be lost. The instructions to access the house was straight forward and we were greeted with an adorable dog, who is very friendly and well-trained. Someone came in to clean the pool, which was nice. The view was beautiful and the experience went well.

If you're looking for a place near all the La Fortuna activities , but out where you can see jungle and be private , this is perfect location. It is basic but very charming. The outside area is what we enjoyed the most. We spotted so many birds and even a tucan. We never ate out so we used the kitchen a lot. We probably could use one more fry pan , but everything else that you needed was there. The grill is in the photos but does not work. The pool is about two and a half feet deep , which is perfect for sitting in and our teenagers enjoyed it. We would definitely come back again.

This is a beautiful house literally right next to the rainforest. It’s super close to restaurants and activities as well. Some things to know is that ac didn’t work in one of the rooms, and there isn’t any in the living room. But the biggest thing was that at night there is a huge cicada problem on the patio. Other than that I would highly recommend this Airbnb, especially if you want to be near the nature.

Unsere Unterkunft in La Fortuna war einfach überragend! Die Lage mitten im Regenwald ist etwas ganz Besonderes – man wacht morgens mit den Geräuschen der Natur auf und hat eine unglaubliche Kulisse direkt vor der Tür. Besonders gefallen hat uns, wie ruhig und naturverbunden alles ist. Man fühlt sich wirklich mitten im Dschungel, ohne auf Komfort verzichten zu müssen. Auch die Möglichkeit, eigenes Essen zuzubereiten, war super praktisch. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, sodass man sich problemlos selbst versorgen kann. Das macht den Aufenthalt noch entspannter und flexibel. Wir haben die Zeit hier sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Absolute Empfehlung für alle, die Natur, Ruhe und eine tolle Atmosphäre suchen!

Great location for us. Close enough to La Fortuna that we could get in and out easily with a car but private enough to be away from any crowds. Also there is a rain forest walk right outside the house, you can hike down to a creek and see toucans, macaws, parrots etc. loved it. You need an SUV with good ground clearance for this house though.

Small cabin perfect for two with 2 bedrooms, clean. Beautiful view, well manicured grounds. Lots of color. Hosts answered all questions. Friendly and booked excursions per my request. Road is a little rough but, go slow and enjoy. Would definitely stay there again
