Door-to-door private van service is available from both Cancun International Airport (CUN) and Tulum Airport (TQO):

Location
Casa Colette is situated in the peaceful Veleta South neighborhood, offering easy access to Tulum’s top restaurants, wellness studios, and jungle attractions. The villa is a short 9-minute drive from the beach.
Additional Information
- The access road to the villa is now fully paved.
- Clem, the co-host, and her team will welcome you upon arrival and serve as your knowledgeable concierge throughout your stay. They can assist with airport transfers, tours, restaurant bookings, grocery shopping, and other personalized services. Clem has extensive local knowledge of Tulum’s hidden gems and popular dining spots.
Important Notes
- Water shortages and power outages occasionally occur in Tulum. The villa staff strives to maintain guest comfort during these events but advises awareness of this possibility.
- Due to ongoing construction in Tulum, guests may experience noise from nearby building projects between 8 am and 6 pm Monday through Friday, and 8 am to 2 pm on Saturdays. Noise levels vary daily and are beyond the villa’s control. Guests planning daytime outings are unlikely to be affected.
- Construction noise is common throughout Tulum except in the hotel zone along the beach.

Had a long bachelorette weekend here and this spot was excellent, private, quiet, and clean. The host team functions as your own mini travel agency. They have outings, private transportation, personal shoppers, private chefs, etc that you can add. Communication was exceptional. If we messaged our host, we had a response almost instantly. They made planning so much easier than it should have been. They also have a maid that hangs out in the main area during the day and keeps the place sparkling. This service was completely unobtrusive and it was really nice to not need to clean at all. Be aware that the location is not at all walkable (which the host fully discloses and helps you plan around) so planning out your day with some advance notice is important.

Everything about my stay was beautiful! The house itself was stunning — clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. It truly felt like a home away from home. I especially want to mention the housekeeper — she was incredibly sweet and attentive, always on top of everything. Her warm and friendly attitude made the stay even more special. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Tulum! From the very beginning, the booking process was seamless and straightforward the hosts were super responsive and made everything incredibly easy. Upon arrival, the place was exactly as described, beautifully kept, and very comfortable. Housekeeping was excellent throughout my stay, keeping everything spotless and fresh without ever being intrusive. The attention to detail really made a difference and allowed me to fully relax and enjoy my time. I truly appreciated how smooth and stress free the entire experience was. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Tulum and would love to stay here again in the future!

This Airbnb was everything I hoped for and more! The space looks exactly like the photos beautifully styled, super clean, and thoughtfully designed. From the moment I arrived, the host provided top-notch customer service, answering all my questions promptly and making sure I felt right at home. The location in la veleta is unbeatable close to great restaurants, cafes, and vibrant street life, yet peaceful enough for a good night's sleep. I truly had a fantastic stay and would absolutely love to come back. Highly recommend!

This home was like a mini resort so that was awesome. Although the place was beautiful what truly made our experience was the concierge service that was offered to us. The private chef, the groceries being delivered prior to our arrival, the transportation, private tequila tasting etc. The host was extremely responsive and I would 1000% recommend this home to anyone and I appreciate how awesome they made my bachelorette weekend.

We loved our stay at the villa!! The Airbnb was clean and matched the description. The host went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable by helping us plan our stay and recommended some great food spots. Communication was great and overall my birthday trip was a success thanks to the team. Would definitely recommend!!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was perfect for my bachelorette trip. Everything was as pictured, the place was super clean, the housekeeper was super present & helpful, the hosts were very communicative. It was difficult for drivers to find the location & we (the entire Tulum area) lost power one day for a total of 5 hours. We improvised pretty well thanks to the housekeeper’s assistance. Because of the area, there was no phone service at all & the wifi wasn’t working properly, but once they came to fix the wifi on day 2, we were able to communicate w/ family & friends and use any apps that worked w/ wifi. Overall, it was perfect & I’d definitely recommend this property to others!

Casa Colette was a wonderful place to stay. The pool was fantastic, the interior beautifully designed, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. One standout feature was the daily housekeeping—it made the stay feel extra relaxing and well cared for. We did run into a couple of issues upon arrival. The area had very limited cell reception, and unfortunately, the address provided on Airbnb turned out to be incorrect. It took us about 30 extra minutes and going door to door at nearby hotels to access WiFi and locate the correct property. Additionally, the neighboring hotel or condo hosted loud parties nearly every night, with music playing late into the evening, which may be something to keep in mind for lighter sleepers. Despite these challenges, we truly enjoyed our time at Casa Colette and would definitely recommend it to others looking for a stylish and comfortable place to stay.
