Beautiful place with an outstanding location. We will definitely stay again

We had such a lovely stay! Vivi, you were the sweetest host …so kind and helpful with every little question we had. The house had everything we needed for our week-long getaway. We loved our peaceful morning walks to the beach and cooling off in the pool after a day of exploring it was such a treat. The only thing we didn’t love was being able to hear the nearby traffic, and the close proximity of the other units made things feel a bit less private. But honestly, all the good far outweighed the rest. The location was perfect…super close to Dominical and just a short drive to Uvita. It truly was a special spot. Thank you again for everything, Vivi, we’re so grateful!

this place was fantastic. probably the closest to the ocean we've ever stayed. plenty of space for everyone, privacy, and great proximity to a few different beach towns. a winner for sure. ( ;

What a spectacular home in a spectacular location! The rooms and bathrooms were large and comfortable, with nice hot water in the showers, and the common areas were also large and comfortable to gather and relax in. The pool is as large as it looks in the pictures (no fish eye lens involved) and a lovely temperature that allowed us to swim day and night as the mood hit. Just a very short walk to the spectacular beach with some amazing sunsets. It's also nicely located with a 2-3 min drive totown, or a 20 minute walk along the beach to when the tide permits. It's also quite close to Uvita and the whale tail beach and several waterfalls. With the three identical units in a row, we already plotting coming back here with our extended family at some point in the future.

Stunning villas with lovely pool and a private beach!

We absolutely loved our stay. The house is absolutely beautiful , but the true beauty is what surrounds the house. The beach is in the back yard. At low tide we walked the beach to Dominical. We loved swimming at the beach & in the pool. We enjoyed watching the iguanas from the pool & hermit crabs on the beach. The location was central to the activities we chose (Manuel Antonio park, whale tail beach, waterfall hikes, etc). Dominical was a quick 5 minute drive. The town had lots of restaurants, and good surf. My family would 100% recommend this house!

Our family of 7 had a great time. The kids enjoyed the pool, and we day tripped to waterfalls, Dominical, and Manuel Antonio. The house is comfortable and spacious, and the kitchen is well-equipped for cooking family meals. We saw from reviews that road noise was an issue, and we contemplated the trade off between being ocean-front versus something more peaceful. It’s something to consider…the house is near the road and a hill, so it’s not just standard road traffic but also large trucks using their air brakes and it’s fairly disruptive. For some, I think being able to walk to the beach is worth it, but it’s definitely something to think about! Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the house, and the property managers were very responsive.

Absolutely amazing experience here and memories that our family will cherish forever! As one of the only properties in the area to have direct beach access (literally steps from the backyard pool) without having to cross the highway, this place is all about location. The adjacent beach (only accessible when it is not high tide) is essentially a postcard worthy private beach where the jungle meets the coast. We maybe saw 5 people on this secluded beach in a week and went many days having it to ourselves. Due to large tidal pushes and strong currents, I would not recommend swimming at this beach unless you are experienced in the ocean and a strong swimmer. The house is exactly as advertised and the on-site family of caretakers are amazing! They cleaned the pool and house every other day and were always there if anything was needed. The pool is huge and a perfect spot for lounging with the local iguanas and cooling off. Loved our time here and highly recommend!
