If you’re coming for the famous Popoyo wave, getting there is easy: drive to the end of the street (2 minutes), cross the estuary, and walk about 5 minutes to the main surf spot. The space This unit features several areas combined into a single open space. The kitchen, equipped with all the basic utensils, integrates seamlessly with the dining area, which in turn opens directly onto the terrace overlooking the pool. The terrace has comfortable lounge chairs and a small table, perfect for relaxing outdoors, reading a book, or enjoying a morning coffee. The apartment has large windows at both ends, providing abundant natural light and ventilation, as well as a ceiling fan and air conditioning to ensure a pleasant temperature even on the hottest days. The bedroom includes a queen bed, two bedside tables, and a small wardrobe. The private bathroom is spacious, offering both privacy and comfort. At the back of the apartment, there is a private patio with a covered section furnished with a table and two chairs, shaded by a beautiful almond tree—a perfect space to enjoy the outdoors in greater privacy. Casa Vitini is the ideal choice for those who want to enjoy a beach vacation without giving up the comforts of home. Other things to note We’d like to let you know that, due to the local electrical infrastructure in this area of Nicaragua, occasional power outages may occur. They’re not very common, but they can happen and, unfortunately, they’re beyond our control, so we can’t be held responsible for them. To minimize any inconvenience—especially for guests who need to work online—we’ve installed a UPS in the apartment, which keeps the Wi-Fi repeater running for up to 3 hours, usually long enough to cover most outages. In addition, the main hotel router also has its own UPS backup, which keeps it working for around 5 hours. During a longer outage, the connection will remain available, although the signal might not be as strong as the one from the repeater inside the apartment.

I had a wonderful stay at this cute villa near the beach. I’ve stayed here before, and it was just as great as I remembered. Lucas is a fantastic host. His team is friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout the stay. The pool was a really nice bonus and perfect for relaxing, and the location is super convenient. Being able to walk around easily and get to the beach made everything so enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Séjour exceptionnel ! Le logement est magnifique, très propre et parfaitement situé, à quelques minutes seulement de la plage. L’endroit est calme, bien aménagé et encore plus beau que sur les photos. Les hôtes sont attentionnés et réactifs, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. On a adoré et on reviendrait sans hésiter !

Comfortable, A/C is a big plus. Lucas went out his way to make sure we settled in. Luis, Jackie and Martha - the staff were wonderful. We stayed a month with a young child. It was very pleasant

We were looking for some more space and peace and quiet. This was the perfect place! Spacious room, with fully equipped kitchen to sure. Not to forget the swimming pool for the hot summer days and the AC in the room. Absolutely loved it!

Great Place! Very clean , close to the beach, coffee maker big plus ! Nice Pool for cooling down and very close to La Perla Restaurant which is one of the best on the beach. Would recommend! Thanks for having us!

This is one of the best experiences I've ever had in a rented place. 1. Communication was respected. Lucas replied to messages right away, always willing to provide answers and help to whatever concern I had. 2. The Staff was great. The two persons I met were helpful and kind. 3. Place was clean and as it was listed. 4. Lucas was beyond expectations about what I expected from a host. He personalized this experience and staying and made sure that I enjoyed as good as possible. This is certainly a place that everyone who has not been in Tola should go. Casa Vitini should be your first choice when thinking of Tola.
