This place is perfectly located. Paulo and staff couldn't be more welcoming and helpful. would definitely stay here again next time we return to Nosara (hopefully soon!)

This place (the loft) was absolutely beautiful and sits in the most lush beautiful tropical gardens. This is a typical great Studio Saxe tropical modern design. It is central to most things and we walked to everything over the weekend but if you want to explore some of the other beaches there are tuk-tuks you can easily take. Nosara has gone through some major renovations - with brick-paved streets and drainage. At the end of dry season this area of Guanacaste is always much greener than other areas like Tamarindo. The beach is great. The atmosphere is great for a chilled and relaxed weekend (or longer) getaway. The interior design is incredible and there is everything you would need. Plenty of places to sit and relax inside and outside on the oversized terrace that looks out over the tropical gardens.

We had such an incredible stay at Quin Surf... the loft was beautiful, clean, safe and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Looking forward to a repeat visit!

The Quin Surf Residence properties are an absolute gem. I highly recommend them if you're in the Nosara area. There are at least a dozen good restaurants in walking distance. The walk to the beach is very short. The staff is lovely and made us feel welcome the entire time. The gardens on the property are beautiful. The local Organic Market is within walking distance. The units are beautiful, clean, and modern. We enjoyed our visit to Nosara and our stay in Quin Surf Residence so much that we will make a return visit in the near future. We have stayed in many Airbnb properties, and Quin Surf Residence is hands down the finest property we have rented. Special thanks to Paolo and his staff for making our visit memorable.

We finished our trip at Quinn residence after staying in San Juanillo- it was great to be close to everything but still private and quiet at night. The amenities were far beyond, the grounds are beautiful and kept well- we were enamored with the beautiful greenery and wildlife surrounding the room. Would def stay here again !
