Beautiful place, well located . Host is very responsive for questions or any concerns . I would stay there again !

We were a group of six adults and one child and we stayed for a week. David’s home was lovely and just as pictured inside and out, we especially enjoyed all the landscape lighting that allowed for additional outdoor activity in the evening. All the rooms and restrooms were extremely clean, and there was plenty of open shelving to accommodate all of our belongings. Our group slept well and the blackout curtains were a plus. There are coffee shops, restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies and boutiques all within walking distance. The neighborhood is somewhat rural in flavor, but we are experienced travelers that enjoy the Mexican culture so we were not disappointed. We dined at Hartwood and Arca, (foodie-spendy splurges) and smaller local restaurants, we visited the Tulum ruins, cenotes, lagoons and beaches, there is plenty to do and see. One super surprise was the earthy restaurant “ChenChos” just two doors down which has excellent local cuisine and is a must do!! Go for it!!

My experience at villa Charlotte was nothing short of amazing! The home was beautiful and completely spotless. Lau, our host, was extremely helpful with recommendations for food and activities. She also provided with safe, affordable transportation daily. My experience was a 10/10 and I will be booking every time I’m in Tulum!

We had such a great stay here at David’s home! Lauraine was an amazing host, and really went above and beyond whenever we needed any help. She really made our stay much more relaxing and easy. She offered arrangements for transportation and bike rentals. She was quick to respond if we ever needed anything. The home itself was very comfortable, clean, and cozy. We all love that we had our own bathrooms attached to our bedrooms. There were lots of nice areas and nooks to hang in, so we felt like we could spread out or be together. Just a heads up that it is listed that they have a “hot tub” / “jacuzzi” but it’s just a jacuzzi sized cold pool on the roof. Overall we had an amazing stay and definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy home base while in Tulum! We would definitely stay here again!

David’s place was amazing and looked exactly like the photos. His partner, Lau, gave us the best recommendations, booked our private driver, and kept in constant communication. It was perfect. 10/10 recommend.

David’s house was beautiful. Me and my friends had a great time celebrating my birthday for a girls trip. Loved having the option of having a pool on the lower level and also on the roof. Very safe and secure area. There were cameras outside. Great local options for coffee and food that you could walk to. Everyone was so friendly and nice. David and his co host responded quickly and Laurine was great with booking accommodations like the chef coming to the home to cook my birthday dinner which was amazing by the way. Overall great experience at this amazing home.

This home was amazing very clean and aesthetically pleasing. The hosts had great communication and customer service. The hosts went above and beyond to satisfy our needs and expectations. They assisted with setting up transportation and dinner reservations. This home felt very safe and comfortable. It was close to many restaurants and coffee shops. All walking distance. One highlight was brunch in bed. Chef Mauro was outstanding. He cooked and cleaned within 1 hour. I would stay here again and highly recommend for your stay in Tulum.

David's airbnb is absolutely beautiful! Lau is the best Airbnb host i've ever experienced. She was there to greet us when we arrived, gave us a full tour of the house, was extremely helpful with planning our drivers and local activities. She was so responsive to any questions I had. Her communication, energy, & overall service was TOP TIER 10/10! The location of Villa Charlotte is great we were able to walk to restaurants, the local market, a few shops, and a lounge for partying (Mistico). Our time in Tulum was truly the best because our airbnb felt like home. There were 7 of us traveling together and everyone had adequate space and loved the aesthetics. Lau was so gracious to have housekeeping come twice during our stay and the pool cleaners as well. I would totally stay here again, the hospitality, the communication, the quality of linens, decor, and layout exceeded our expectations. It was a home away from home. Being in the heart of the locals was an unexpected gem! Thanks Lau :)
