The apartment is in a gated community with guard. It overlooks the lake. The amenities are well thought out and kitchen and bathroom have all necessities. There is a common pool and it is a peaceful quiet place. Roxanne and the guard on the property were helpful.

Excelente lugar para descansar en familia, vistas increíbles al lago y piscina para disfrutar, alojamiento totalmente equipado y con absolutamente lo necesario para cocinar. Solamente tomar en cuenta que se encuentra lejos del centro de Granada y no es posible caminar por la zona.

We absolutely loved our stay! The lakefront location was breathtaking, with stunning views of Lake Granada that made the property feel peaceful and private. The landscaping was beautiful, and the décor was tasteful and welcoming—we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The beds and furniture were incredibly comfortable, and one of our favorite features was the large sliding doors in both the master bedroom and the living room, which opened up to spectacular views of the lake. At night, watching the moonlight reflect on the water while thunderclouds rolled across the sky was simply magical. It truly felt like we could almost touch the sky. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed, making it easy to prepare meals during our stay. Roxanne was an excellent host and always responded quickly whenever we had a question. We enjoyed our stay so much that we wanted to book the property again on our way back from San Juan del Sur, but unfortunately it was already r

Lugar perfecto para escapar de la rutina. Y con una vista linda hacia el lago. El muchacho encargado del lugar fue muy amable! Y los perritos del lugar Jorge y Charlie son unos amores. Esperamos regresar pronto. Full recomendado.
