Guest Access

• Rancho Santana charges a daily resort fee of $15 plus tax per person per day.
• This fee grants guests access to all amenities within Rancho Santana, including:
  • Concierge service
  • Restaurants and pools
  • Kids club
  • Shuttle service
• The resort fee is not included in the price.

Additional Information

• The base rate includes up to 6 guests.
• Additional guests (up to 4 more) are welcome at $50 per person per night.
• Air conditioning use will be tracked and capped at 75 kilowatt-hours (KWH) per stay.
• Photos of meter readings will be taken to determine usage.
• Payment in cash for usage over 75 KWH will be billed at checkout at the rate of $0.35 per KWH.
