Lavish Beachfront Villa w/ Indoor Pool & 14 beds

I’m not sure I have enough space to express how absolutely yVilla Montine is ! Its design is absolutely beautiful! It felt like we had our own little hotel all to ourselves for the week! The rooms were amazing, the location was amazing, Johnathan tbd chef was amazing. Ingrid was amazing. and Brooks was beyond helpful and welcoming and just an awesome person all together! Jessie was incredible with arranging all of our activities and massages and dinner reservations and drivers. I even became very fond of the statue of Montine by the pool! I felt like she was welcoming me every morning! Everything was so much more than I expected, and I couldn’t be happier about it all! My entire family loved everything about it as well . So much so that we all want to come back soon and will definitely be booking Villa Montine! Thank you all so much to everyone! We actually miss the house and everyone that came with it already! We look forward to booking again!

We were 8 guys and Villa Montine was perfect. It is the gem at Jaco beach. The overall location and access to the beach from the property was better than expected. We felt cared for very much. We were blessed to have the help of Spencer, Ingrid, Jonathan, and Dirben. We opted to have Chef Jonathan prepare many meals for us. I will come back to this property in Jaco.

Absolutely Perfect Stay! I can’t say enough good things about this Airbnb experience! The house was absolutely beautiful—spotlessly clean, thoughtfully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail had clearly been considered to make guests feel at home, from the cozy linens to the well-equipped kitchen and the lovely outdoor space. But what really made this stay exceptional were the hosts. They were incredibly welcoming, responsive, and kind. Communication was smooth and easy from start to finish, and they went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. It honestly felt like staying with friends who genuinely cared about our comfort and experience. If you’re considering booking this place—do it! I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, well-hosted getaway. Thank you again for such a wonderful stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Montine. Such a gorgeous place with an unbeatable location. Perfect for our groups needs. The rooms were so nice. What stood out the most was the professional kitchen and the beautiful pool as well as how helpful and responsive the airbnb and villa staff were.

Our group has rented homes managed by Jessie for the last few years. We’re admittedly a demanding group that travels together a few times a year. Jessie’s service (and her team including Spencer) is always stellar. When the boat we rented for the weekend had mechanical issues, Jessie stepped in and managed to find other boats and excursions (all within an hour or so). Our trip didn’t miss a beat. This house is in a great location, right on the beach. The security team including Oscar and Chef Jonathan made the weekend seamless and fun. The house is modern with comfortable bedrooms and great A/C. It was a great weekend overall. If you’re staying in Costa Rica I’d reach out to Jessie to ensure you have a stress free time while enjoying 5 star service. Highly recommend!

Villa Montine was Amazing!!!! We had a large group and everyone had space to be comfortable and enjoy their time here. Having the Beach a few steps away was awesome, and those beach views are stunning. Brooks was awesome he was super attentive and timely whenever we needed help. I AM COMING BACK HERE. Was a great trip and this AirBnb was the star of the show.

Every aspect of the house and location was absolutely perfect! The property sits right on the ocean, offering breathtaking views. Jessica and her team were exceptional from start to finish. From the moment we chose this house, her team, including Brooks and Spencer, provided service on par with a 4-star hotel concierge. Every detail was handled seamlessly—we had a private chef, security, daily cleaning, shuttles, and all our activities were expertly arranged. We didn’t have to lift a finger! I’ve rented several homes over the years, but Villa Montine stands out as the best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had. A special shoutout to Oscar, our private security guard. He was one of the highlights of our trip, and by the end of our stay, he felt like part of the family. Oscar managed the house with precision, making our stay truly exceptional. His presence elevated the entire experience, and we thoroughly enjoyed his company. I couldn’t imagine our stay without him!
