Additional Information
- Renovations are scheduled at Puerto Paraíso Mall's second level through December 2025. Construction activities such as removal, demolition, and masonry will occur from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with some cleaning and debris removal at night. Efforts will be made to minimize noise disturbances.
- Repair work is also underway in the mall area below the units, which may cause noise between 9:00 p.m. and 12:00 a.m.
- This property is currently for sale. Interested parties may contact us for more information. During your stay, we may request permission to allow potential buyers access; you may decline.
- If the property sells before your stay, an equivalent unit in the same building with similar amenities and value will be offered.
- Pets are not allowed on the property. If you plan to travel with a pet or service dog, please inform us in advance so we can assist with alternative accommodations. Last-minute arrivals with pets will not be permitted.
- The two-level condo features a balcony on the second floor with a glass railing 35 inches (90 cm) high. Parents should exercise caution with children.
- The neighborhood is lively due to its downtown location near Cabo's nightlife and may be noisy for sensitive guests.
