The space The house is located in Cañafistula inside a natural reserve which is about 15 minutes drive to Tamarindo beach, and 20 minutes drive to playa Avellanas. The house has A/C in 3 of the 4 rooms available. The room that doesn't have A/C has a lot of windows with screens and fans so it makes it really fresh.

## The Space

This private villa is situated in Cañafistula, within a natural reserve. It is approximately a 15-minute drive to Tamarindo Beach and about 20 minutes from Playa Avellanas. The house features air conditioning in three of the four bedrooms. The remaining bedroom, which does not have air conditioning, benefits from numerous screened windows and fans to maintain a fresh and comfortable atmosphere.
