The Space
This ocean-view villa features four bedrooms and is situated in Playacar Phase 1, a beautiful gated community just a short walk from the famous 5th Avenue. Casa Grande is a relatively new home that offers all the comforts you need for a relaxing stay.

Each bedroom has a full ensuite bathroom. Additionally, there is a two-piece bathroom on the main level and another on the second-floor patio level.
The master bedroom contains a large king-size bed. Two bedrooms have queen-size beds, and the fourth bedroom is furnished with two trundle beds, accommodating up to four people. Overall, the house comfortably sleeps eight guests.
At the rear of the villa, a private pool offers a refreshing place to swim and relax. The newly expanded patio overlooks the ocean, providing a wonderful spot to unwind and enjoy beach views.
The jacuzzi is functional but does not heat the water.

La casa es hermosa igual que en las fotografías, le dan de todo para que tu estancia sea cómoda, la casa super bien equipada!! Pero lo mejor de la casa es la ubicación la entrada al condominio esta en la entrada de la 5 avenida (tiendas,restaurantes etc) enfrente de la casa se encuentra el mar, una playa bella y la casa tienen de todo para ir a la playa. Definitivamente regresaríamos !! Gracias

We had a great family holiday with enough room for 7 adults, 1 toddler and 1 new born. Beach view was amazing, pool was great to cool down and terrace with hot tub perfect to sun tan. We loved the aircon in every living area as we could spend time together but still lots of spaces where you can have privacy in the house. Beach is 50 metres (if much). All amenities you need to cook a meal. Walkable to 5th Ave, but not for limited mobility people, it takes about 10-15 mins walk. Taxis are $200 pesos anywhere each way, worth renting a car and bring mosquito repellent.

We had a fabulous time and had everything we needed while there. Mercedes and Patricia were very helpful in finding us contacts including a chef during our stay. The house was clean, organized, and as described- very nice! Basically a walk across the street and a 2 minute walk to the beach. The beach was clean and the water was beautiful- sandy bottom and nice to hang out for the day. There are a few beach chairs in the house. Short walk into town- thru the neighborhood and you’re right there. We were a small group of women and we felt very safe in the house and walking around the neighborhood. Everyone was helpful and friendly!

Great place to stay playa del carmen. It is in a closed private neighborhood next to the beach, peaceful, quiet and feel very safe. The place is big with plenty of room. The house is very clean. It has a private pool and jacuzzi on deck which is awesome. 1 min walk to beach (however the beach has tons of seaweed though). The neighborhood is not far from the tourists hotspot, and at the same time, you can stay in a quiet / safe area without noises from bar and restaurants on street is a huge plus. I strongly recommend Mercedes's place to stay in the area when you are traveling with family / friends.

Great place! Just as described. Awesome view. Mercedes is very responsive to any questions you have. Check in was easy someone met us at the house to show us around. All in all it was a great stay. Beautiful place!
