The Space
Casa Olas Blancas is a roomy 2-bedroom residence with a separate 1-bedroom apartment, located within the gated Guiones Beach Club. It comfortably accommodates 8 guests, with the option to sleep up to 10 using a sofa bed and an inflatable mattress. The property includes indoor and outdoor showers, a poolside bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen in the apartment. A large balcony offers a perfect spot for yoga or observing local wildlife. A private path leads to the beach, just a short walk away, ideal for surfing, swimming, and enjoying sunsets.
The main house features a tranquil master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, which includes both indoor and outdoor showers. This bedroom opens directly onto a spacious wraparound balcony. The open-plan kitchen and dining area overlook the lush jungle, accompanied by the soothing sounds of the ocean, creating a calm tropical ambiance. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa and a TV, and large doors open onto the balcony, blending indoor and outdoor living. Air conditioning is available in the kitchen, living room, and all bedrooms.
The second bedroom upstairs contains two twin bunk beds, accommodating 4 guests comfortably. There is also a dedicated office space with views of the pool, ideal for remote work or quiet relaxation.
Downstairs, the private 1-bedroom apartment includes its own ensuite bathroom, full kitchen, and living area, providing extra privacy and space for guests.
Please note that Casa Olas Blancas is currently on the market. Showings are generally arranged between guest stays, but occasionally a potential buyer may visit during your reservation. In such cases, you will receive at least 24 hours' notice, and every effort will be made to minimize disruption. Should the property sell, all bookings made at least 90 days in advance will be honored. Thank you for your understanding.
Guest Access
Guests have full use of the entire property, including the main house and the downstairs apartment. The garage is available for storing surfboards, bicycles, or other transportation. A laundry room is also accessible during your stay. The pool is completely private and reserved exclusively for you and your guests.

The home was large and exactly as the listing indicated. Although well kept, there are landscapers there multiple times a day. Always kind, but did catch me off guard a few times. I liked the property being gated in, but did feel it took away some of the Costa Rican charm

The house was beautiful and well furnished with everything we needed for our week stay. We used the wonderful and private pool everyday and walked to the beach numerous times. It was such a relaxing stay and we weren’t ready to leave! Great house!

This home met all our needs as a family of 5 adults. Surfing was a priority and the home provided easy access to a beautiful beach with plenty of surf. Beautiful sunsets, convenient via road suitable carts to town and a bit beyond if comfortable getting up on main road which we did. Spacious common areas and outside space for private yoga instructor one morning. No issues with the house or its workings. Jenna the house manager was a great help and responsive to all our questions or needs. Terrific holiday stay.

I can't say enough great things about our experience in this home. This was our third visit to Nosara in 10 years, and it's definitely our favorite vacation home! We came with another family (total of four adults and three teenagers) and had plenty of space, and all the amenities we need. Lany & Jenna were incredibly helpful with everything we needed- even having our requested groceries ready for us when we had a late night arrival. The house is incredibly spacious, comfortable and clean. The location is fantastic- close enough to town for an easy walk or golf cart ride, but far enough away that it feels quiet and private. I highly recommend this home, and would love to return!

Casa Olas Blancas was a great vacation spot for my family of 5 plus our friends (family of 3 who rented the apt). The place was nicely decorated, the AC was needed, the pool access enjoyable. Lots of shady spots to move about during the day, close to the beach and just so relaxing. Jenna was always available to answer any questions, she even filled our fridge based in a grocery list I sent her so that we had food and drinks for our arrival. The kids loved looking for geckos and iguanas around d the pool, listening to the crashing of the waves. The only recommendation would be maybe to add some easy seats you could bring with you to the beach? But I also know that type of stuff just gets lost or broken. All in all a great family trip and look forward to returning again one day.
