The house has two medium-sized bedrooms, a living room, a bathroom, and a kitchen. It has good ventilation and is very nice. The space It will have beds with nightstands, a semi-equipped kitchen (refrigerator, microwave oven, stove, dishes and utensils), a table for eating and working, and a bathroom (towels, soap)

Noemy and Raquel were great! The space was spotless and everything we could hope for. This was a last minute/emergency rental and Noemy worked with us beautifully. El lugar es tal cual en las fotos, La ubicación es muy buena porque es un barrio tranquilo pero cerca de todo. Nohemy fue muy amable y atenta en todo momento.

Very friendly host, the place was safe and clean. One minor thing but is mote like a personal preference i wished it had AC at least in the room.

The place looks as described. The host was friendly and accommodating. We had a last minute extra person and the host allowed us to pay an extra fee for them to stay. They also got an extra bed and towels and even rearranged the furniture to accommodate us. The listing said no hot water, so I was very pleased that there was hot water in the shower. The location was great, close to everything, there is even a nice little restaurant directly across the street. The place does need some work. There is a big hole in the steps leading up to the unit and there is a hole in the ceiling in each of the bedrooms and the closet, seems intentionally placed there, I'm assuming for ventilation, due to the climate being so wet and prone to mold. I went during "Rainy Season". Under the kitchen sink leaks and had a moldy smell. Overall it was not a bad stay, I would stay there again.
