The tall ceilings make the space feel bigger and the large sliding glass doors and big windows allow light and fresh air to enter the apartment. But don't worry, the blackout curtains will block all of the morning light. Guest access You will have this studio to yourselves. It is on the 3rd floor of the apartment building. The guests will have access to the building's laundry area in the basement. There is 24/7 private security for the building and a gated parking lot. We have laundry detergent and wifi available for the guests to use. Other things to note The security guards of the building are a great resource. They are available at all hours and can help with any questions or concerns you may have.

The neighborhood is quiet, safe and very strategic. Save 24/7. The apartment is spacious, bright and ventilated. The balcony allows you to appreciate many types of birds which makes it very beautiful. We think that for the price they should change to a good stove and pots, we could not cook because the pots are in very bad condition and the stove does not heat enough. As a suggestion, consider putting cedazo since the property is next to a river and if you want to keep ventilation at night the mosquitoes get in. It may not be ideal for long stays but for a few nights it is an ideal place to relax close to the city.

El barrio es tranquilo, seguro y muy estratégico. Guarda 24/7. El apartamento amplio, luminoso y ventilado. El balcón permite apreciar muchos tipos de pájaros lo cual lo hace muy bonito. Nos parece que por el precio deberían de cambiar a una buena estufa y ollas, no pudimos cocinar por que las ollas están en muy mal estado y la estufa no calienta lo suficiente. Como sugerencia, considerar poner cedazo ya que la propiedad está al lado de un río y si se quiere mantener ventilación de noche se meten los zancudos. Talvez no sea ideal para estadías largas pero para unas cuantas noches es un lugar ideal para relajarse cerca de la ciudad.

I stayed at Carlos Y Sofia House for about four months, as it was within walking distance of government offices in Costa Rica where I conducted business. The house is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood with few cars, making it ideal for walks in the area. I would like to commend Carlos and Sofia for their proactive communication and efforts to resolve any issues I encountered during my stay. The guards managing the property were always kind and willing to help, and the cleaning ladies consistently maintained the rooms with smiles and thoroughness. If I have another business trip to Costa Rica next year, I am likely to stay at Carlos Y Sofia House again. Thank you.

I didn't have TV, I know I wasn't on the amenities list but as there was nothing to do in the area there should be a TV plus the officer did not have information about my stay.

No tenía TV, se que no estaba en la lista de servicios pero al no haber nada que hacer en la zona deberia haber un televisor además el oficial no tenia información de mi estancia.

Very good place and location. Close to restaurants, shopping centers and banks, which gives many facilities. In addition, the entrance and exit of the apartment was very easy. As for some point to improve, in the apartment there is a template for cooking but it is extremely slow, it is practically nothing useful.

Muy buen lugar y ubicación. Cerca de restaurantes, centros comerciales y bancos, lo que da muchas facilidades. Además el ingreso y salida del apartamento fue muy sencillo. En cuanto a algún punto por mejorar, en el apartamento hay una plantilla para cocinar pero es extremadamente lenta, prácticamente no resulta nada útil.

The room was clean and as described. We enjoyed our stay and can recommend it. Be aware that the fridge is opposite of the bed so if you are sensitive to noise during the night you might feel disturbed.
