Holidays

Please verify your dates carefully before booking and select only one holiday period per reservation. Contact a reservation agent if your dates differ from the following to discuss accommodation options.

• Thanksgiving: November 23 to November 30 (2025 and 2026)
• Easter Week 2026: March 29 to April 4

Christmas and New Year

Reservations arriving between December 19, 2025, and January 6, 2026, require a minimum stay of 7 to 10 nights. Specific periods may apply. Please contact us before booking online during this timeframe.

Music Festivals

Contact us prior to booking during music festival dates, as restrictions may apply.

Cancellation Policy

Holiday dates are non-refundable and excluded from the cancellation policy.

Terms and Additional Details

• Full beach club access is available for $5 per person per day; children under 10 enter free.
• The Hacienda Pinilla Beach Club closes for approximately two weeks in October (dates vary).
• The villa accommodates a standard number of guests; additional occupancy is possible for an extra fee. Please contact reservations for details.
• Construction is ongoing near the property; rates have been adjusted accordingly. No construction will occur during Christmas and New Year bookings.
• Elite Service Standard is not available on Costa Rican holidays.
