Christmas and New Year
Reservations arriving between December 19, 2025, and January 6, 2026, require a minimum stay of 7 to 10 nights. Specific periods may apply. Please contact us before booking online during this timeframe.
Music Festivals

Cancellation Policy
Holiday dates are non-refundable and excluded from the cancellation policy.
Terms and Additional Details
- Full beach club access is available for $5 per person per day; children under 10 enter free.
- The Hacienda Pinilla Beach Club closes for approximately two weeks in October (dates vary).
- The villa accommodates a standard number of guests; additional occupancy is possible for an extra fee. Please contact reservations for details.
- Construction is ongoing near the property; rates have been adjusted accordingly. No construction will occur during Christmas and New Year bookings.
- Elite Service Standard is not available on Costa Rican holidays.
