The Space
Samara B&B features four studios and one house, each offering a private living area. On the first floor, guests can enjoy a shared space that includes a barbecue grill and a large communal table. The property is surrounded by a charming small garden that enhances the atmosphere. An outdoor shower is also available for all guests.
Each accommodation provides a peaceful environment with air conditioning, a private bathroom, a thermal shower, digital TV, and complimentary Wi-Fi. The kitchens come equipped with essential utensils, suitable for stays ranging from days to several months.
Two rescued dogs, Mancha and Pinta, who were saved in 2022 by PATA Animal Rescue, live on the property and are eager to welcome guests with affection.
Location
Samara B&B is situated just 1 kilometer from the center of Sámara. It takes approximately 10 to 15 minutes to walk to the town center, or about 5 minutes by car. The beach is conveniently close, only a 2-minute walk (approximately 50 meters) from the property.

Maria Alexandra è stata stupenda sotto tutti i punti di vista: mi ha accettato una riduzione della durata restituendomi la quota parte di spesa in meno; la casa è bellissima; mi ha aiutato a trovare un trasprto pubblico per raggiungere la casa; mi ha tiutato con i tour in zona; mi ha insegnato molte cose sulla cultura/cucina del Costa Rica. Ha fatto molto di più di quello che doveva, con un'abitazione molto carina ad un prezzo imbattbile su Samara. Grazie di tutto.

Maria was an excellent host, always responding when we reached out, and often on site. She recommended a great getaway for Christmas sunset. The location is right near the beach and the little supermarket is perfect for anything you need for breakfast. It was very clean. The air conditioning was amazing! Which was great because being from a northern climate, I was struggling with the heat a little bit.

Unkompliziert, hilfsbereit und entgegenkommend, und nicht nur Maria sondern auch die Mutter und Vater. Die Unterkunft ist keine 200m vom Strand entfernt. Der Strand und Umgebung sind regelmäßig von Einwohnern sauber gehalten.

Uns hat der Aufenthalt bei Maria super gut gefallen! Die Familie war sehr nett, hatte sehr süße Hunde & es wurde netterweise auch unsere Wäsche gewaschen, vielen Dank nochmal! Die Wohnung liegt etwas abseits in Sámara, weshalb man für einen Großeinkauf schon am besten ein Auto braucht, aber es gibt auch einen Minimarkt gleich um die Ecke… Die Nähe zum Strand war unschlagbar & ein Strandabschnitt abseits vom Trubel! Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen, sie hat alles, was man braucht!

We loved our stay at María's! It is super close to the beach but a tiny bit far from the city. It all depends on what you want. She helped us when the wifi wasn't working and her mother kindly washed our clothes as well. The AC works great. The fridge was a bit loud so just keep that in mind if you're sensitive to the noise (could be good white noise if you have earplugs though!).

Beautiful stay, I will stay again in the future. Maria is an awesome host and helped with many modifications of my reservation as my travel plans changed. Great with communication and has a very cool place. The home is comfortable and a great place to relax. Internet and kitchen are great as we’ve been playing music and preparing meals during the stay. The beach is right around the corner also, absolutely incredible 🌴🌅

The apartment is in a neat location. It's a short walk to the beach, which is how I walked to town each day. It's about 10-15 minute walk...and isn't that why you're there? There is also a store very close to the apartment so you can pickup any food and drink items you may need. Very convenient. Maria was always very responsive and helpful. Her family is nearby and they were nice also. If you are looking for a studio-type apartment with a kitchen, A/C, Wi-Fi, and within walking distance to the beach and town, this is definitely a fit. Highly recommend.

This apartment would be quite liveable, if it weren't infested with large and small roaches, and ants which come out of holes in the kitchen counter. It would be a good AirBnb if the host was helpful and provided what is listed. Maria did not give good customer service consistently: she accepted my $ and checked me in promptly, but I had to beg for the amenities listed: - "essentials" (toilet paper and trash bags) I was provided one of each for a 4 week stay and had to beg for more, repeatedly -NO weekly cleaning as listed, even when asked -the AC went out every time there was a power out (common Costa Rica), but it wouldn't come back on for hours, and would sometimes restart with a loud BEEP in the middle of the night. The AC technician was called, but the part that might fix the problem was never installed during my stay. Maria did not apologize or offer me a fan when the AC was failing. -the 2 dogs are sweet but live in the yard and bark all night -Mom helps but no English
