We just returned from our first trip to Todos Santos and Summer's lovely home was a great fit for 2 couples. We enjoyed the pool, A/C, good Wifi for work, open kitchen that was well stocked for cooking-loved the guacamole supplies and cute recipe card for our arrival! Summer was an excellent host and communicator, making our arrival seamless and early check-in possible. She has a nice book with listings of local restaurants and coffee shops to check out. Great grocery store 2 min walk and enjoyed 5 Tacos + Beer. Highlights: Downtown, Cerritos Beach, incredible Father's Day brunch at 1890-restaurant in the stunning Todos Santos Boutique Hotel, AMAZING fish tacos at Pacifica Fish Market, and lovely lunch at Agricole! Bummer: The Green Room (over priced and food was not good...happens!), but A+ for ambiance and views. Consistent ants in kitchen and living areas. Summer offered to spray, but we had 2 days left and didn't want deal with vacating-desert living! Thanks again!

Summer was a generous and thoughtful host, sending daily messages to make sure our stay was going well and to answer any questions. The home was lovely, spotless and comfortable - the WIFI signal strong. We had no problem conducting business (emails) or accessing Netflex at night after enjoying our days exploring Todos Santos for wonderful food and shopping. There are several amenities - two stand-outs were the pool and tranquil backyard; and the accessible roof for sunset gazing. This accommodation was perfect, checked all the boxes, and one we will try to re-book in the future.

We had a great time. Summer's place is comfortable, well equipped and peaceful. The pool is great. The rooftop balcony was wonderful. The stars are amazing. Her recommendations for restaurants, stores and things to do were perfect. From our point of view, Summer is a super host.

This place is a great find! We were two couples and the place was perfect. Gorgeous design, great pool, well supplied kitchen, super comfy beds and nice linens. Market with fresh produce and basics a few minutes walk. Quiet and peaceful, we could hear waves crashing in the distance at night. Bakery, tacos and pizza are a short walk. Quick drive into downtown Todos. Summer was super responsive if we needed anything. We’ll be back!

We traveled as a family of 3 (including a 3 year old) and had the most amazing trip. The house is beautiful and practical - everything was clean and well taken care of. And the kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed cooking during our stay. We spent our days strolling to the local beach, splashing in the pool, playing in the waves at Los Cerritos, shopping for fruits and veggies at the local market, and enjoying the local restaurants. We can’t wait to come back!!
