The Space
Villa Hermes is a newly built home designed to accommodate up to 15 guests comfortably. It includes five bedrooms, each furnished with one king-size bed and one single bed. Every bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom and air conditioning to ensure maximum comfort.
The living area features a large flat-screen television and a spacious sofa. The open-plan kitchen and dining area come fully equipped with modern appliances such as a dishwasher, microwave, washer, and dryer.
Step outside onto the covered terrace, which overlooks the inviting pool. This outdoor space is furnished with a dining table, a gas barbecue, and a cozy sofa bed, ideal for relaxing or taking an afternoon nap.
Surrounding the villa is a tropical garden with ocean views and direct access to the shoreline. The garden includes a hammock and comfortable chairs, creating a peaceful environment to unwind and enjoy the villa’s serene atmosphere.
Location
Situated on an elevated lot, the villa offers spectacular panoramic views of the ocean, allowing guests to enjoy breathtaking sunsets and the vast horizon. The property is located just a short walk from the seashore, where guests can swim in the sea or relax on the sandy beach.
Access to the beach involves descending 45 steps along the edge of a cliff. Swimming in the ocean is only a few minutes away by walking along the sandy shore.

This Airbnb was beyond all expectations. Everything was immaculate, the concierge service catered to all of our needs without fail, and the natural surroundings were beyond belief. Don’t hesitate for a second - book this place and take advantage of the concierge service to plan the trip of your dreams. We had a private chef for all of our dinners (Chef Fabien - I highly recommend him and his team), groceries purchased for us, a sailing adventure, a private yoga class and on site massages.

Everything was wonderful. This was our 4th visit to Costa Rica and it was the best. The views are spectacular and the home was just perfect for our family of four. Everyone is appreciated, especially Petra for making our son's 5th birthday a birthday he'll never forget! AP

Where do I even begin! Booking Villa Oceanis and Villa Diosa Del Mar was the best decision I could have made for myself and group of 23 others. Once booked I was introduced to the villas concierge Petra who is literally a fairy god mother , you ask and it will be delivered! Petra assisted with my transportation, private chef(highly suggest booking chef Garrett amazing food), tours, along with providing the best advice on any and everything i inquired about. The villas are 30-40mins away from Tamarindo, which was not an issue for us. (Getting a driver or rent a car is recommended ) Roads were not as bad as expected. Plus villa Diosa Del Mar and Oceanis are well worth the drive. Both spaces were exceptionally clean! And the views are simply spectacular, the photos cannot capture the actual beauty. The decor of the home instantly uplifts your mood. Thank you to the house keeper Laura and the groundskeeper every inch of the homes were beautiful and well kept. The pools were amazing, the ocean a bit rough but I was able to enjoy it. The property provided the right amount of space we needed , along with privacy and the most incredible team. I cannot wait to revisit Costa Rica to once again enjoy this amazing space. Thank you!!

This villa was perfect for our stay at the beach in Costa Rica! Very comfortable for our family of 4 (2 adults/2 teens). The view is amazing - gorgeous sunsets! And the pool was quite refreshing. The host, Petra, was very helpful with suggestions and offerings - though we chose to keep our stay very chill and relaxing. I highly recommend spending an afternoon at Lola's beach bar!

Villa Oceanis was a wonderful place to stay for my group of friends first visit to Costa Rica! Great location, within a couple of hours drive to so many interesting things. The beach isn’t really for swimming but is lovely. There’s another beach within quick walking distance that is good for swimming and snorkeling during low tide. I would suggest looking up the tide chart for the area when you are deciding when to book your trip! The pool is lovely and the perfect end to a long day. Petra arranged a massage for me out in the yard underneath the palm trees and it was great! She also arranged several excursions for my group that helped make our stay memorable and fun. I highly recommend the one day adventure tour that includes zip-lining, tubing, horseback riding and a hot spring and mud bath! There were 4 of us women staying in the house and it was plenty of room, we had everything we needed and more. I would definitely recommend and would love to come back in the future! Pura Vida!

Such an incredible Airbnb with stunning views of the Pacific Ocean and sprawling property to explore! This was exactly what we needed to relax and settle into our Costa Rican vacation. We coordinated with Petra to have breakfast made for us each day and it was absolutely amazing. We can’t wait to come back already!!

The location is truly incredible. The pictures don’t fully do it justice. The house is small but very stylish and comfortable for a family of five. The communication was also great and super responsive. I would definitely recommend
