I did not take into account the language barrier, which was my problem not Flavia's. I should have learned a few Spanish phrases so I could understand her. She IS EXTREMLY patient with me and my inability to understand. I highly recommend this place for the restaurants, the mall and the grocery store so close. Also the Cigar restaurant, (if you can get in) is the perfect place to enjoy a cigar, drink and dinner.

O apartamento é amplo e arejado. Tem ótima localização, próxima ao shopping e alguns restaurantes. Cozinha com eletrodomésticos bons. Sentimos falta de algumas louças (quantidade) mas a Flávia providenciou prontamente! A comunicação com a Flávia também foi super ágil! Alguns pontos a se obersar: Tinha bastante poeira acumulada nos ventiladores e as persianas nos quartos não deixam totalmente escuro por conta das frestas entre elas, então entrava luz da rua a outros edifícios a noite, e sol logo cedo. Mas no geral foi incrível, recomendo!

Mi experiencia con este anfitrión fue positiva en algunos aspectos, ya que responde rápidamente y trata de resolver cualquier inconveniente. La ubicación del apartamento es ideal, cerca de muchos lugares y fácil de acceder. Sin embargo, el estado del apartamento dejó bastante que desear: no estaba completamente limpio y había muchas cosas dañadas. Además, faltaban varias necesidades básicas, lo que hizo que la estancia fuera algo incómoda. Espero que puedan mejorar en estos aspectos para futuros huéspedes.

Pasamos unos días espectaculares,muy cerca de Multiplaza, fácil acceso,edificio tranquilo,hay varios restaurantes cerca,muchas gracias a Flavia por atender rápidamente a nuestras necesidades,volveremos sin dudas.

We had a wonderful time at Flavia's apartment! It's an incredibly spacious and bright apartment (a full 160 sq. meters) in a fantastic location. It's just a 4-minute walk to the Multiplaza mall and Riba Smith supermarket, a 15-minute walk to Pacifica Salud Hospital, and literally steps away from the San Francisco restaurant area, which has all the best spots to eat. Being on a high floor, the apartment offers a beautiful view of the city and is surprisingly quiet, with very little noise from the busy street below. Flavia was an excellent host—very responsive and always ready to help with any questions we had. The only small suggestion we have is that updating some of the kitchenware would make the stay even more comfortable, especially for guests who like to cook their own meals. Otherwise, everything was perfect. We highly recommend this apartment and would gladly stay here again!
