Villa Mar is a beautiful home situated in one of Acapulco's most exclusive neighborhoods, offering breathtaking views of the bay. The property features 24-hour security and controlled access, ensuring a safe environment for you and your family.
The villa is located just 5 minutes by car from Zona Dorada and 10 minutes from Acapulco Diamante. Enjoy the Acapulco sunshine in a spacious and secure setting.
The house includes:

- Dining and living area under a charming palapa
- Four bedrooms, each equipped with air conditioning and a full bathroom
- Large garden and social space
- Wi-Fi available throughout the property
- Three parking spaces
All bedrooms are supplied with towels and essential toiletries such as shampoo, soap, and toilet paper.
Services
Housekeeping service is included. Cooking service is available for an additional fee. We highly recommend Mrs. Lupita, who offers delicious meals and can prepare breakfast and other dishes from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. She also takes care of thorough kitchen cleaning.
Guest Access
Access is granted after signing and agreeing to the subdivision regulations, which must be respected during your stay. These rules primarily address noise control to avoid disturbing neighbors. Music should not be played after midnight, and during the day, volume must remain within the limits established by SEMARNAT for residential areas.
Please note that motorcycles are not permitted on the property.

Nuestra estancia fue simplemente increíble. La casa está espectacular y, sin duda, superó por mucho nuestras expectativas. Es aún más bonita de lo que muestran las fotos, muy amplia, impecable, cómoda y con todo lo necesario para disfrutar unos días en familia. Otro aspecto que nos encantó fue el fraccionamiento donde está ubicada. Nos sentimos muy seguros durante toda la estancia, lo que nos permitió relajarnos y disfrutar al máximo. Virginia fue una anfitriona excelente. Desde antes de nuestra llegada siempre estuvo muy atenta, respondió rápidamente a todas nuestras dudas y además nos dio muy buenas recomendaciones y tips que hicieron nuestra estancia todavía más agradable. Y un agradecimiento muy especial para la Sra. Lupita. Todos quedamos encantados con ella. Además de ser una persona sumamente amable y atenta, cocina delicioso; cada comida estuvo espectacular y se nota el cariño y la dedicación que pone en todo lo que hace. Sin duda volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí!

Virginia fue una gran anfitriona. Estuvo siempre al pendiente de nosotros en todo momento. La chica que ayuda en casa es muy amable y nos ayudó muchisimo en todo. Cocina delicioso y muy atenta. La casa es espectacular, muy agradable, limpia y con las amenidades necesarias para pasar unos dias increíbles en Acapulco. Nosotros pasamos increible, sin duda alguna volveríamos alojarnos en la casa de Virginia. Super recomendable. De verdad que da gusto llegar a un lugar donde se nota el cuidado de la casa y la atención a los huéspedes para poder estar a gusto. Muchas gracias Virginia, esperamos volver pronto.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Mar with our 5 teenage children. The home is exactly as described in the listing, with amazing views, comfortable furniture under the palapa, swimming pool and ping pong tables. We found the bedrooms to be comfortable with great AC and enough space for 7 people. The neighborhood is safe and quiet and convenient for all Acapulco has to offer. We had Mrs Lupita cook for us every day and not only is her food delicious and fresh, she is also very friendly. The daily housekeeping kept everything clean and organized so we could fully relax. We had a wonderful vacation and would definitely stay at Villa Mar again.
