The Space

Hacienda Punta Vista is a unique 1/2-acre luxury villa centrally located in Cabo San Lucas, offering spectacular views of the marina and downtown. This spacious, open-concept home is meticulously maintained and features a large walk-out patio with a private heated pool, hot tub, and grill.

Guests enjoy relaxing by the pool, happy hour, morning coffee with views, karaoke with LED lights, yard games, whale watching, cruise ship spotting, city lights, and fireworks. Many also opt for poolside massages and private chef services.

This listing is for the main level of the house only. The second level is not available separately. Booking the main level grants private access to the pool, hot tub, and grounds.

Location

The hacienda is conveniently situated within 5 to 10 minutes of all major Cabo attractions, including:

• Costco, Walmart, and Fresco grocery store
• The famous Medano Beach
• Downtown marina and tourist area
• At least five other beaches and adventure parks within 10 to 15 minutes
• Nature and hiking trails just outside the property
• Two convenience stores within walking distance

El Tezal, part of Cabo San Lucas, is a developing community, so some construction noise may be heard during your stay. The current pricing reflects compensation for any inconvenience this may cause.

• Use of a Ford Explorer during your stay, seating up to seven people, ideal for exploring Cabo and running errands

Guest Access

Guests have exclusive use of approximately 3,000 square feet of living space, including direct access to the expansive private patio, pool, and hot tub with stunning views of Land's End.

Only registered guests are permitted on the property unless prior approval is obtained. Visitors, including family and friends, must be approved by the owner, and the total number of people on the property at any time cannot exceed 10. Notification via email is generally sufficient for private chefs, in-home massages, or maid services.

Upon reservation confirmation, guests must provide the names of all registered visitors.

Policies and Additional Information

• Rates include a 16% sales tax (IVA).
• Reservation changes must be requested via email and confirmed before arrival.
• Final payment requires providing a personal email for pre-arrival information including transportation, directions, house details, and local recommendations.
• Guest count cannot exceed the number specified in the reservation without prior approval and may incur additional charges.
• Maximum occupancy is eight registered guests; no unregistered guests are allowed without prior written consent.
• A $100 daily fee applies for each unregistered guest without approval, with a maximum of four unregistered guests allowed on-site at any time (excluding service providers).
• Rental cost excludes Airbnb occupancy tax and booking fees.
• A credit card (Visa or MasterCard) is required for incidental or vehicle charges, with a $500 hold placed two days before check-in.
• Driver’s license matching the credit card and reservation name must be provided at final payment.
• Check-in is after 4:00 pm local time; check-out is by 10:00 am. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged in advance. Unapproved late check-outs incur a $50 fee per 30 minutes.
• Rentals are not available to vacationing students or singles under 25 unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent. No spring break groups or parties allowed.
• Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. Violations incur a $500 penalty plus cleaning and repair costs.
• Glass containers are forbidden in the patio and pool areas. Violations incur a $500 penalty plus cleaning and repair costs.
• Pets are not allowed. Violations incur a $500 penalty plus cleaning and repair costs.
• No parties are permitted. Excessive wear or disturbances may result in immediate eviction and additional charges.
• No daily maid service is included; linens, towels, trash bags, and basic supplies are provided.
• Parking is limited to four standard vehicles in designated areas. Campers, trailers, motorhomes, or boats require prior approval and incur additional fees.
• No refunds are given for cancellations due to illness, weather, construction, or other unforeseen events. Trip cancellation insurance is recommended.
• Guests assume all risks related to personal injury or loss while on the property.
• Disputes will be resolved through arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association.
• All guests and visitors must comply with these terms.
• Any exceptions to policies require written approval in advance.
• Falsified reservations, including those paid with American Express or made by non-staying individuals, will be canceled without refund.
• Guests must notify the owner before contacting booking sites regarding cancellations or disputes.
• Guests are advised to secure personal travel insurance for protection against unforeseen events.
