There are also at least 5 other beaches and adventure parks within 10-15 minutes of the hacienda, as well as nature and hiking trails just outside the property. Two convenience stores are within walking distance.

Guest Access
Guests have private access to the main level of the house, including:
- Direct walkout to a huge private patio, pool, and hot tub area
- Knockout views of Land's End
Only registered guests are allowed on the property unless previously approved. The total number of guests on the property at one time cannot exceed 10.
Additional Information
Reservation Policies
- Rates include the required sales tax of 16%.
- Changes to reservations must be made via email and confirmed before arrival.
- Guest must provide personal email for communication regarding check-in details and suggestions.
- Maximum occupancy is eight persons; no unregistered guests are allowed without prior approval.
- A charge of $100 per day will apply for unregistered guests.
- The total rental cost includes sales tax but not the Airbnb collected occupancy tax.
- A credit card is required for incidental or vehicle charges.
- Check-in time is after 4 PM; check-out is by 10 AM.
- No parties or events are allowed on the property.
- This is a non-smoking property; penalties apply for violations.
- Pets are not permitted on the property; penalties apply for violations.
- Daily maid service is not included in the rental rate.
Cancellations
- No refunds for cancellations unless otherwise stated by the booking site.
- Guests are advised to arrange adequate personal insurance coverage for travel-related risks.
Liability
The owners are not responsible for the loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings. Guests assume all risks associated with their use of the premises.
Parking
Parking is limited to four 2-axle vehicles in designated areas. Illegally parked vehicles are subject to towing at the owner's expense.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be settled by arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules.
Written Exceptions
Any exceptions to the policies must be approved in writing in advance.
