We visited Mark and Brian’s with a group of 12. Mark and Brian were super responsive and Lorena made our stay seamless. We used the chef service which was delicious and very reasonable. The house was clean and comfortable. I’d highly recommend booking this location.

Our stay at Villa Del Toro Rojo in Cabo San Lucas was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, we knew we had chosen the perfect place. Lorna was incredible from start to finish. She communicated with us throughout the planning process and made sure every detail was exactly as we requested before we even arrived. Chef Marisol exceeded every expectation. Every meal was fresh, beautifully prepared, and absolutely delicious. Bartender Jesus kept us supplied with outstanding cocktails all week. His drinks were a highlight of the trip! Guadalupe, our housekeeper, was wonderful. The villa was spotless every single day. The security team also deserves recognition. We felt safe, secure, and well cared for throughout our entire stay, which allowed us to completely relax and enjoy our vacation. The villa itself is breathtaking. The ocean views are spectacular, the bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. Everything was as advertised and better than expected. We will be returning!

Pictures do not serve justice for how beautiful Villa del Toro Rojo is. We stayed here for my bachelorette and the home and views were absolutely beautiful. Mark and Brian were very responsive and quick to connect us with the on site staff who were absolutely incredible Lorena was helpful and patient in answering all of questions throughout the stay and very thorough in providing details on the need to know items regarding our stay and navigating the villa. She also helped my bridesmaids coordinate beautiful balloon surprises and boating activities. Jesus the bartender was an absolute wiz in crafting delicious drinks, and the chef made the most amazing meals for our group. The Villa del Toro Rojo was a perfect location for my friends and I’s 30th birthday celebration. We would come back again for sure to enjoy the incredible views and awesome space for enjoying the company of friends. The staff were great and super helpful and the daily maid service was great!

I celebrated my bday at Villa del Toro Rojo.  The staff were very friendly and accommodating.  They made setting up transportation and activities very easy.  You have a very beautiful view of the ocean and you’re very close to everything!  Definitely worth coming back!

We had an amazing week. The house was so beautiful and the sunrises out our master bedroom were out of this world. The pool and spa were a big hit. Sitting on the deck and looking out at ocean was so peaceful. Lorena was very helpful with stocking the house and transportation. Marisol came and cooked us breakfast, lunch and 2 dinners. Everything she made was absolutely wonderful. There wasn't one thing we didn't like. The french toast and guacamole were my top favorites. We enjoyed our excursions as well. We did the lunch pirate ship, Wild Canyon, deep sea fishing, and the Glass Factory. We would definitely come back again.

We had the BEST time at Villa del Toro Rojo. We came to Cabo for a bachelorette party and their house was the perfect set up.  Everyone slept comfortably, the house has an epic SONOS music system, they welcomed us with delicious margaritas, chips, guac, and salsa, the staff was so kind, and the house was spotless. We had a wonderful experience at Mark & Brian’s Airbnb. Everything was consistent with what was advertised in the listing - view from the pool is understated! I stayed here with 12 buddies for a bachelor party and would highly recommend Mark and Brian’s villa. Mark and Brian, as well as the property manager, Lorena, were extremely responsive and took care of anything that we asked for. We booked transportation from the airport and around town, pre-stocked groceries, and chef and bartender services through Lorena, and everything was great. The chef, Marisol, is unbelievably good and so was the bartender, Jesus. The house itself 100 percent matches the pictures and the view is even better in person. The house is located in a really safe gated community called Pedregal. It is geographically close to town but kind of a far walk given the hills so we usually just got a ride.

This is the easiest 5 star review I’ve ever written! Each person on the team is the ultimate professional and is so kind. Guadalupe (housekeeper) is a gem, Lorena (concierge) is kind, responsive and efficient and I’m still thinking about Marisol’s incredible grilled shrimp (and Jesus’ top notch Pina coladas!) The pool was somehow always the perfect temperature, the beds were comfortable, the Sonos sound system could be heard throughout the house, etc etc - the list goes on! My group of 11 was extremely comfortable and no more than 3 people shared a bathroom, as most rooms seem to be en-suite or have a private bathroom nearby. I would absolutely stay here again!! We had the best time and thank you so much for opening up your gorgeous property to us!

I can’t begin to explain how amazing our Villa de Toro Rojo experience was. We had 11 guests in our group for a bachelor party. Mark and Brian were very communicative, friendly, and amazing hosts. Lorena is the most helpful concierge I have met, from helping book restaurant reservations, activities, grocery supplies, transportation, as well as private bartender and chef for the villa. Guadalupe is a great cleaner and very respectful. Marisol is a top notch chef and made a few amazing meals for our group and everyone was very impressed. Jesus did a terrific job bartending for our group and was very funny while being professional at the same time. We would 1000% stay again when returning to Cabo. This is a must book and would recommend to friends and family.

We had an amazing stay! The property was beautiful - spacious, clean, and located in a private, safe community that made us feel relaxed from the moment we arrived. Check-in was seamless and we instantly felt welcomed and at home. The house had everything we needed, with plenty of space for the whole group to feel at home. The staff was incredible and we really appreciated the daily cleaning service - esp getting fresh dry towels for the pool daily. Mark and Brian were fantastic in helping us set up the perfect stay for my mom's 80th birthday celebration.  They connected us with drivers, a cook, and we had daily maid service.  Location is lovely though be prepared for a bit of an uphill hike when walking back from town- we got our workout in!

Our trip was fantastic.  The house was a perfect space for our first family trip of this type.  Folks from Texas, Colorado, and Nevada all converged.   Mark and Brian have put a good team together: The entire staff was pleasant, gracious, and unobtrusive. The chef, cleaners, transport, and concierge made the trip smoother than we expected. If you value good communication, this property is for you. The neighborhood is quiet, peaceful, and beautiful. Reserve Mark and Brian's place today. It is an excellent place for friends or a large family to enjoy time together. Mark and Brian are communicative, and the welcome packet answers every question. The house manager, Lorena, is also excellent. She assisted us with everything from transportation to chef service and restaurant recommendations. The chef is incredible. I highly recommend eating at the house and enjoying the jacuzzi and ocean views. Also, if you are fishing, it is a four-minute drive to the marina.

I came for my bachelorette with 11 total people and there was plenty of space. Everyone had their a bed and each room had a full bathroom. Lorena, the house manager, was extremely responsive and helpful with 24-hour service. The driver service was amazing and practically on demand. The space was very clear and there were extra items that enhanced the experience like Sonos in every room, soap and shampoo in all bathrooms, pool and shower towels, daily maid service, etc. The neighborhood was very quiet and the views of the ocean were great. There was strong AC in the house which was key in July. Overall, great experience especially with so many people.

Incredible in an understatement!  From the moment of booking thru check out it was seamless. The views, and the home are simply indescribable. It accommodated 11 life long friends for an amazing girls trip we won’t ever forget.  Our grocery order was perfect and so helpful so we didn’t need to waste any time when we arrived!  Do yourself a favor and get the chef. She is incredible and it’s worth ever penny. Extra bonus was cleaning there daily that also assisted with laundry!  Transportation was incredibly simple as well. We were welcomed with fresh guacamole and margaritas upon arrival. This home is a 10/10 in every aspect!

The host's service is impeccable, friendly, and professional. The view is amazing and the house has a magic on its own. Although Pedregal is a large residential complex, the residence is easy to get in.

This Airbnb is exactly as described! It was very beautiful. From the rooms to the jacuzzi/pool. 10. 10. 10. The views were immaculate. If you are afraid of heights, the drive to the Airbnb may scare you, but it’s safe and worth it. The rooms were all beautiful. Only issue (for me) only was that my guest did find a cockroach In the bathroom. HOWEVER, the maids were swift, took care of it. Be mindful we are in a tropical country. The inside was CLEAN AND THE MAID DID A WONDERFUL JOB AT KEEPING IT SPOTLESS FOR US. I would recommend this to any of my friends, family members, co workers, and those that are reading the reviews. I would 100 percent book again.

10 of us traveled to Cabo and everyone agreed this was the best home we’ve ever stayed at! The hosts are amazing and the staff at the home made our stay so great. We used the chef services multiple times and it was excellent. The house is well maintained. You get sun at the pool nearly all day which is a huge plus. The location was nice, quick easy drive into town. Couldn’t recommend this rental enough!

Our group of 12 had a wonderful stay at Villa Del Toro Rojo. It is a beautiful property and looks just like the photos. The main living space and pool area were perfect for entertaining and the kitchen was well equipped. Brian and Mark have great employees supporting the property: Anna took amazing care of us with daily maid service, Raffi the property manager was available prior to our arrival to answer questions and deal with the logistics of groceries, drivers, and restaurant reservations. The property is located in a gated community with very hilly streets so we were dependent on drivers when leaving the neighborhood. The neighborhood has several nice tennis and pickleball courts that we enjoyed. Raffi arranged for a chef to prepare and serve dinner one of the nights during our stay. Chef Marisol and Manuel prepared the most delicious dinner for us! One of our favorite meals in Cabo! Our vacation was perfect and we would definitely stay here again.

We booked this Villa because of the proximity to restaurants, the marina, downtown, and nightlife. There aren’t enough words to describe how wonderful the on-site team is. They took such great care of us, and we are forever thankful! I worked with the manager to curate the perfect itinerary for the trip, and he made everything possible. The whole team responds to you with answers to your questions within 24 hours. The house was spotless and had multiple bathrooms for all 10 guests. We booked Chefs for multiple meals. They fed us so well we didn’t want to go home. We also booked a Bartender for 2 nights, Tequila Tasting, In-House Massages, and a Mariachi Band all came directly to the Villa. The next time I go to Cabo the only place I’m staying is Villa Del Toro Rojo!!!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Villa! The staff was incredible, the villa itself wonderfully located and the view and amenities stellar. Our concierge (Raffi) was quick to respond to our every need, we wondered when and if he ever slept. Our chefs (Marisol and Manuel) were extremely kind and delighted us with excellent local fare for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner taking into consideration our preferences and requests. The house keeper (Anabell) went above and beyond,  leaving us feeling pampered and in need of nothing throughout the trip! We would recommend a stay at the Villa to ANYONE interested in staying in Cabo and hope to come back next year to bliss out, party heartily, lose ourselves in the view and relish in the culture and kindness of Mexico! (Sidenote: on our request Raffi arranged for a Mariachi Band to greet us when we arrived at the villa...everyone should do this! It set the tone for a great time).

Words cannot describe the magical place that is a Villa del Toro Rojo! The location is unbeatable. The pool and hot tub overlooking the ocean was truly special. We were able to walk to the pristine private beach and had so much fun exploring. The house is beautifully done with everything you could possibly need! Also, it’s in an incredibly safe gated community. We had the private chefs, Manuel and Marabel come to the house and prepare us the most incredible Mexican feast we have ever had!!! Homemade tamales, enchiladas, mole chicken, ceviche and so much more! We also had Jesus, the bartender come as well - he made the most beautiful and delicious drinks ever!! Highly recommend his pineapple drop. His cocktails beat the rest of the cocktails in Cabo - even at the nicest resorts!! Also - they were very well priced. Highly recommend getting their services! Thank you to Mark and Brian for making sure all of our needs were met, and more! This was truly an unforgettable trip

Our stay at Villa del toro Rojo was AMAZING. From the moment I booked this place Mark, Brian, Lorena and Raffi were in constant communication with me to make sure we had the best vacation. From scheduling activities, to the chef, literally everything was on point and more perfect than we could have imagined.  The chefs were wonderful, the house cleaners came everyday and kept the place spotless. While we were there, Raffi was there to make sure everything went smoothly and we had everything we needed. 10000000% recommend to anyone looking for a quiet, clean, nice place (with amazing views). We will most definitely be back with our family members who couldn’t make it this time around. Thank you for giving us the vacation of our dreams!!!

We had an incredible stay at Villa del Toro Rojo! I would give this review 10 stars if I could. We had a group of 9 celebrating our 40th birthdays. We took advantage of many services: chef services daily, bartender the night we arrived, tequila tasting, transportation, massage, and grocery pre-stock. To say that the team we interacted with was kind and helpful is an understatement. I have to specifically mention the chef's services. I gave little direction for our large group (alternate American and Mexican breakfasts and no food allergies), and the chef planned a beautiful series of meals with lunches that included enchiladas, ceviche, and grilled Caesar salads with shrimp pasta. Do not skip this service! We had a couple of minor items at the house that we requested help with during our stay: a broken toilet seat and a coffee pot that would not brew. Mark responded to my email within minutes and both were fixed immediately. I don't even know how he was able to act so quickly! Know that if you rent this house that the team will make sure everything is perfect and quickly. They want you to enjoy your vacation as much as you do! The entire group left saying that we can't wait to come back and will definitely stay at Villa del Toro Rojo!

To the entire team at Villa Del Toro Rojo, words can’t be found for the experience we had over the last five days. From the time we booked the place to the time we left, the communication has been first class. I was celebrating my bachelor party travelling from Australia. The team were extremely helpful with their recommendations as we have never been to Cabo before. The responsiveness from Raffi when we needed anything was amazing! There were two chefs with great chat that cooked us a scrumptious meal on night one, absolutely delicious. Diana the maid was world class, every morning our whole house was cleaned, spotless which made every day feel like our first. The outdoor pool area was definitely a highlight & the cinema room. The rooms are a extremely comfortable and super spacious. There is also great security at the front of the Pedregal entrance. I highly recommend this villa for your next stay in Cabo! Gracias!

It pains me to write a bad review but I feel like this one is necessary. Everything about the house was amazing. Great location, great amenities, great chefs, great housekeepers and concierge. Rafi and Lorena made it easy to communicate with them and arrange activities and transportation as needed. Now when we first arrived to the house we found there was dust everywhere from fresh construction and one of the bed sheets had blood on it. No big deal. The housekeepers were actively cleaning and the linens got changed immediately. However, due to unfortunate events when we returned home from being out on a boat all day we found ourselves sitting outside without power or running water. When we reached out to the owner and Airbnb and voiced our concerns about how we unfortunately missed our dinner scheduled for that night due to not being able to get ready and the concern that we had about our perishables in the fridge going bad because according to the owner, “the power had been going out all day,” the response we had was him showing up to our door at 1030pm with a rollaway I’ve chest. He told us he was there to take our perishables, pay us for them, and give them away to the first “homeless” person he had. At this point the power has returned so we had already voiced to Airbnb that we were not worried about the perishables. We asked him if there could be any compensation for the missed dinner and the uncomfortableness we experienced those two hrs outside in the dark without even being able to use the restroom and his response was, “well there’s a pool, you can get water from the pool to flush your toilets.” He was also very adamant as to why he should have to reimburse us for anything and that we should reimburse him for having to leave his 500$ dinner to come collect our perishables. The entire conversation was uncomfortable and we knew we were getting no where. Unfortunately it didn’t end there. He continued to insult us through messages saying we’re the only unhappy ones on all of cabo and things such as we didn’t need to shower to go to dinner. Such a bummer because it really was a great place but the experience of dealing with Mark the owner just made it all sour.

This is a copy of the the review i left for her:  Esttefania and her friends had their flight cancelled the first day, she expected me to refund her the first night, when i declined she and her friends arrived with a negative attitude. That evening a tropical storm in La Paz knocked out the power for two hours, which i understand is a disruption, but again out of my control. Esttefania called Airbnb and said she was concerned about her perishables in the refrigerator. I happened to be in Cabo at our other home, and after talking with Airbnb offered to reimburse Estaffania for any food or drink items and voluntarily interrupted my dinner and met with her at the Villa, the power was on upon arriving but now they did not want me to take the perishables they wanted me to GAURNATEE the power would not go out again??? then asked for more refunds. Then she told me there was a bloody sheet upon arrival only to find out her guest killed a mosquito onto the bed in front of my maid and then asked the maid to change the sheet. Some of her friends were a little disrespectful. They were not the best guest. The funny part is at my other Airbnb down the street, we were also hosting a bachelorette they arrived the same day, had the power out two hours as well, left me a card signed by all and a bottle of wine which i sent to Esttefania. He have the two highest rated Airbnbs in all of Cabo San Lucas, and bend over backyards for our guest, but some guest just want everything for free.

My family and friends celebrated my 30th birthday in this beautiful home. The service was exceptional and all the staff was so courteous. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we need and wanted. The chef services was convenient and great I would definitely recommend getting it for each day you are there. The house manager Raffi had great response time. A great time was had in this beautiful villa, we were so sad to leave.

Very accommodating place! Clean and perfect for a big group: we had 9 and all slept comfortably. Amazing pool, great views, and Wi-Fi with sonos to play music. Communication is solid and there is a person there at the house, but you don’t even know that they’re there. They filled the fridge with a prepaid menu and the chef made food for us upon arrival and every morning. When you are partying, it’s good to have food available with the chef. He emailed me prior to my arrival and asked what I wanted. He even provided a menu. I would say the food was good, but not out of this world. Would definitely recommend. Gets the job done for a bachelor party. My party was happy and really enjoyed the accommodations.

Villa del Toro Rojo was the perfect place to stay in Cabo. Very convenient location, the house is beautiful & comfortable. The house workers were spectacular. I would stay there again in a a heartbeat.

There are no words to express my satisfaction with this Villa  and it’s entire staff. I was forced to cancel at ANOTHER location due to increasing bad reviews. I was so nervous but Mark and Brian communicated openly from the very first inquiry. The response time was fast. Booking was easy and the staff is more than amazing. From personalized concierge service to setting up transport, excursions etc. there is nothing that Raffi the house manager or Lorena the coordinator cannot get handled quickly and efficiently. Annabelle the house keeper kept all of the suites impeccably clean and well stocked. She personally washed and folded our clothes and made sure we had everything that was needed. Chefs  Genero and marisol are literally the best chefs for this cuisine that I’ve encountered. Pedegral community is safe, gated, well maintain and secured. The views are INSANE!!!! From sun rises to sunsets to just ocean views. Being a nurse I am a stickler for cleanliness but they nailed it!!!!  From constant visual Cleaned hands, fresh clean uniforms daily, tied up hair I Am beyond impressed. The food was impeccable. I am still stuffed!! Beautifully plated, fresh ingredients and plenty leftover  to snack on. Chef Genaro will bring your mimosas the second the thought pops into your mind!!! He is telepathic!!! Marisol personally made me a homemade birthday cake with fresh flowers. I ate the whole thing and I am ashamed!!!! Lol. The bartender danced with us and sang songs and made the most fresh prettiest cocktails. The next time I will hire him every night. I ordered the full day chef service for most of my days there as it’s a great value and helps to stimulate the local economy which is huge and personal for me when I travel. Please please please hire the chef!!! It elevated the entire experience!! To be able to treat 9 of my friends and fellow nurses on a much needed vacation for my bday and have 4 star service which is insanely reasonably priced was beyond my wildest dream!! I could never give Villa Toro Rojo enough stars and it will definitely be my home every time I touch down in Cabo from here on!!! I am a lifetime customer now!!!

TREMENDOUS! I cannot say enough good things about this team - super host is an understatement. Even before arriving, communication was superb! Lorena was my main contact, she helped with everything from arranging a private sailboat sunset cruise at a great price, to helping arrange our groceries for the house. Upon arrival we were greeted with a friendly face, Raffi. He gave us a tour, showed us how to work the music (Sonos throughout the house), etc. Raffi and Lorena were available via text the entire trip! They never took longer than 30 seconds to respond. On our first night I asked if there was any "Off" in the house and within 15 minutes, some was delivered to us. Raffi also helped arrange taxis and offered advice on where to go in town. The hosts also have a private chef at a very affordable rate. We had them cook us breakfast and dinner one of the days. It was delicious and made my friends feel very special. Another perk to this team is Annabelle - she is the housekeeper and comes every day. She is very sweet and respectful. Attentive and respectful are great words for the entire team. The house is incredible a well. 4 bedrooms located upstairs and 2 are a little more isolated downstairs. Every room has it's own bathroom. All are "created equal" so no one gets stuck with a bad one. The sheets are probably the softest sheets I have experience in any vacation home or hotel. The house is located just minutes from the Marina shops and bars. It is quite a windy road to get up to the house so I recommend a Dramamine patch or wrist bands if anyone gets motion sick. But that is the price you pay for Pedregal! The only warning I would offer is to hold on tight to your pool floats! The pool is on the edge of the property with a phenomenal view so the slightest wind and your beach ball now belongs to Cabo. Long story short - book it!

Mark and Brian are phenomenal hosts. They also have an amazing team that works with you from the time you book the trip through your arrival and departure . The villa is located in a safe and secure area. The pictures truly don’t do it justice. The staff was so attentive, professional, and available for even the smallest of questions. Our group of 8 women were extremely comfortable and well pleased with the home. We will definitely be back!

Villa del Toro Rojo was everything we thought it would be and more! Mark and Brian have the most beautiful home in Pedregal with the most amazing staff! I cannot say this enough, they are the best! The house is even more beautiful in person (if that is even possible) and so well appointed and clean. We were here for a bachelorette party and it was the perfect size home for the 12 of us. Plenty of space and bathrooms (huge plus for a big group of women). We had the most relaxing vacation here and could not have asked for anything more. The pool and view is breath taking and the sound system had us partying all weekend long. Book the chef services! We wish we did this more. Amazing meals and so friendly. Best french toast ever! The house overall feels very fresh and modern for Cabo, we felt like we were in paradise. Daily maid service was a huge plus. We never wanted for anything as the staff was so incredibly helpful and accommodating. From the pre-grocery stocking, to reservation help, transportation, etc. they couldn't have made our vacation run any smoother. We will be back!!

This house was perfect for me and my family before our wedding celebration! Perfect location and great staff!

Had a great time in Cabo. The house was beautiful and comfortably  accommodated a group of eight. We had a chef for breakfast and dinner and the food was great. The house manger and the housekeeper were wonderful as well. The house is equipped with a sound system we downloaded by app. We had music throughout the home and you can select which rooms to play it in. Over all the stay was amazing and I would definitely do it again.

What an amazing stay we had for my Wife's 40th birthday. Lorena was very helpful with clear and timely communication throughout the planning process. We opted to go big and take advantage of many of the service options and activities during our 4 nigh stay to celebrate such an important birthday milestone. We booked a chef to prepare our meals, bartender service a couple nights during the stay, and party decorations, cake, mariachi band and the 3-hour private yacht cruise with lunch provided. Upon arrival Raffi (on-site house manager) and the team welcomed us with a bouquet of flowers and a welcome sign (paid service) and the spectacular view! Decor, furniture, finishes were nice comfortable and functional. In fact we left Villa Toro Rojo and went to the JW Marriott and the mattress in the master bedroom was better than the mattress at the hotel!! :) We had a great time and really appreciated the staff.. that definitely contributed to our amazing experience. Our biggest tip: Staff matters! If you are getting a chef, request Marilu. If you are getting a bartender, request Jesus! If you have choice of cleaners request Anabel and Diana. MARILU (Chef): Marilu's cooking was delicious, great flavor, such attention to detail, she really aimed to understand my vision and executed it beautifully. She even went out of her way to locate corn on the cob (elote) for the menu as well. Her churros were SO GOOD! Even after we left my friends and family were talking about her churros and dipping sauces! YUM! She was very kind, friendly, personable! JESUS (Bartender): Hire this man whenever the quality matters! Jesus was the most attentive bartender. He keeps a very clean and organized bar-back and knows how to contribute to a vibe. He had all the margarita glasses lined up garnished with sparkling strawbarries, and filled shot glasses to accompany. He was also very kind and helped us out BIG time with other members of the team who's english language skills weren't as developed. I truly appreciated his help and his hardwork! ANABEL (Clearner): Anabel was so kind and super thoughtful. The day of my wife's party we returned back from the yacht to find our bathroom towels styled into birds or something beautiful looking and a small jar of fresh flowers on the bathroom counter (which Im sure she cut from the bouquet of flowers we had on arrival... and I loved the above and beyond effort to surprise and delight!!) Diana the other cleaner was also pleasant, kind and thorough.

My family and I stayed a week at the house. When we arrived, we were greeted and welcomed very nicely. Over the next couple of days we had some issues… the tvs had problems every day. The outdoor tv didn’t work properly. We also had issues with the jacuzzi jets staying on. One night we used the house chef and payed for the food ourselves to be prepared. They didn’t ask us how we wanted the steak cooked, and didn’t get us what we asked for, for the menu. The house was good, but for the price we expected things to be running better… Absolutely loved the house manager Raffi and the house cleaner.. she was phenomenal.

BEST WEEKEND OF MY LIFE - EVER!!! Not only do I recommend staying here I would say you're missing out if you don't!! The house is so beautiful in person that my draw hit the floor when I pulled up. The staff (chef, cleaning crew, security, etc) were all so welcoming and willing to bend over backwards to make our stay epic! There were 10 large guys staying in the house for my bachelor party and we had plenty of room and places to sleep. The patio has amazing views of the ocean and neighborhood. When we arrived the house was fully stocked with alcohol/food that we ordered and they greeted us with drinks, chips and salsa as we planned out the weekend with the concierge. The music system in the entire house makes you feel like you're already at Mandala. Honestly, half the time we didnt want to leave.... with music, great food, liquor and views what more could you possible want. Pro tip: Book the chef. We woke up to an unbelievable breakfast each morning. Out of all the high end restaurants we ate at in Cabo, the homemade meal was by farrrr the best!! Mark and Brian were super communicative during the process and if we had an issue they were so understanding and easy to talk to. I cant wait to book another trip there and stay in the same house.

Amazing views and great service.  The neighborhood was so convenient to everything.  The Airbnb service was amazing.  We had a mariachi band one night and threw a bachelorette with their help.  Everyone was friendly and the cleaners amazing.

We had such an amazing time! We enjoyed every moment. The staff was amazing the chef provided the best meals and everyone was very attentive. I would highly recommend!
