The location of the condo was perfect. Walking distance to restaurants, marina and beach.

The condo itself is spacious and easily fit 4 kids and 4 adults.

I loved that there is a water dispenser with water on both floors. We didn’t have to worry about running out of drinking water. I gave my arrival and departure information and someone was there to help us settle in. We were able to stay an extra hour for checkout which was really nice. Air conditioning in every room except the room with the loft but we were all comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay! The pool at Marina Sol was incredible for our crew of small kiddos!

Great spot walking distance to the beach Mango Deck and all the local restaurants and bars. Spot is great for at least 6-8 people!

Perfect location, excellent staff, great spot for big group

We travelled with a group of 6 adults and 4 children under 10.

Amazing location! Walkable to everything within 10 mins. The new Walmart and Chedraui is just across the road, so made groceries and anything you forgot very convenient. Chedraui has a wonderful fresh bakery inside too.

The resort itself was clean and perfect for our stay. The pool was heated and the beach was only a few mins walk away. The view from the property was enjoyable. We even got to see the fireworks each night.

Our stay was comfortable and the staff were always super helpful. Even though it’s an Airbnb, we were treated like we were in a resort.

The only downside for us was the spiral stairs in the property, they are a little on the dangerous side for young children, but thankfully we brought portable stair gates to block the top and bottom which gave us peace of mind. We recommend doing this if traveling with toddlers.

We loved staying here and would book again if we got the opportunity.

Ricks place has the perfect location! Everything is within walking distance! Definitely will stay again!

We were very surprised when we arrived at our stay here, as we were in a resort style complex. The staff was beyond fantastic, and did everything to accommodate us when we arrived. The location is the best i’ve ever stayed in Cabo, short walk to the beach, and a short walk to the marina and all the cabo hot spots as well. Stay couldn’t have been better.

Rick is the man! Condo is at a perfect location close to anything and everything Cabo. Will definitely come back next time I’m in town

So many things I can list to explain why I loved Rick’s place. Check in was easy with the front office. Everyone was so nice and helpful. One of the workers walked us up to the condo and showed us everything we needed to know. We also got free drink vouchers at the restaurant on site (Tres Amigas).

The condo was in an awesome location. Everything we wanted to do was within walking distance! The beach, beach bars and restaurants were only a five minute walk away. Marina and nightlife were less than 10 minutes! It was easy to arrange shuttles with the front office and with Rick. The sliding glass door was HUUGGEEE! We opened it early in the morning to enjoy the sunrise. Pool was great and Tres Amigas had the most delicious fruit smoothies and food. Place was clean and the beds and couch were very comfortable.

Only downfall was that the elevators didn’t work one morning so we had to walk up and down seven stories but it was fixed quickly.

I highly recommend this place!

great place to stay in Cabo!

Rick was a super responsive host and always wrote back quickly when we had questions and helped us arrange our airport transportation. The place is accurate to the pictures and the location is really great for beach and bars access. Only complaint would be to improve offerings in the kitchen (no baking sheets) and that hot water would run out almost immediately after getting in the shower, which is tough with a place that can hold 10 guests who all need to shower mostly every day. Otherwise lovely space and Rick is a great host!

The airbnb was located in a perfect location. The airbnb was clean and check in was easy.

Rick was a great host and super responsive! His place was perfect for our group of 9 with enough beds and bathrooms. The view was so nice from the balcony and we could see fireworks at night. It was a great location, walking distance to bars/clubs, shops, restaurants, and the marina. We opted for the transportation services Rick recommended to and from the airport, and the vans were great - comfortable seats, air conditioned, and we stopped by a supermarket to get groceries and necessities on the way to the Airbnb when we arrived. Thank you for a great stay!

Great location, and great complex. All staff are extremely helpful and kind. Rick is very attentive and quick in response. The food at the pool is great and inexpensive.

Rick’s place was great! This stay was smooth, we loved the place as a group. Rick’s communication with us was amazing, and coordination from booking to check out was at its finest as well! Couldn’t ask for anything better!
