Beautiful treetop retreat! The rooms and private rooftop with pool were lovely. The location was quiet and secure, and the host was responsive. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Magnifique villa, le décor est absolument magnifique. Nous sommes un groupe de 7 amis qui sommes venus passés quelques jours de vacances à Tulum. Nous avons eu un excellent séjour, la villa est spacieuse et tellement bien décorée. La villa est également très bien située avec quelques restos et cafés qui sont à proximité à pied. Villa très luxueuse où le bon temps est facile. 🩵

An amazing place to stay. Our only wish is that there were more access to food options. Quint shops around but they close early. Other than that this place was all of the above. Highly recommend it! We would stay here again without a doubt!! At nights the roof top is amazing but the mosquitos are pretty bad but that’s bc your in the middle of a nested jungle 😍

We will be back, put it that way. The space is even better then the photos. Fully stocked everything, The hosts were proactive, friendly, and they meet you at check-in and make sure you understand everything you need and how to use the space. Note - there is an entire additional pool in the compound that is not noted so that was a big bonus and the upper lookout where the firepit is was not something we saw in photos, again a bonus. Very safe area. The location is not easy to find the first time, but we went there to get lost and didn't want to be found ;-) . One recommendation is to get transportation, like a car or scooters.

This place is absolutely gorgeous, every detail was perfect. From the moment I walked in, I could tell the host puts a lot of care into the space! Communication with the host was excellent. They were attentive, helpful, and always quick to respond. Whenever I had a question or needed something, they made sure I felt supported. It really added to the experience. Overall, this was one of my best Airbnb stays. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a place in Tulum where everything is taken care of, you’ll feel right at home. I’d definitely stay here again!

We stayed at several AirBnbs on our recent adventure to Tulum, and our stay at Casa Arca was by far the greatest highlight of them all! From the incredible hospitality during our initial check in (complete with wine, fruit, and fresh juices from the local market!), to the extremely quiet and peaceful neighborhood nestled right next door to all the wellness activities at Holistika, we immediately felt comfortable and right at home. We never wanted to leave! The home is impeccably clean, and is so well-appointed that it’s stocked with everything you could ever possibly need while on vacation. A true home away from home. We absolutely loved spending sunsets on the rooftop, and lazy mornings in the incredibly comfortable master bed. The home is just like you see in the photos, yet somehow so much more amazing when you get to see it in person. Huge shout out to the very responsive and helpful management team! We hope to be back to visit again soon!!

We really enjoyed our stay here as a party of 5. The upstairs deck was really cool and a great place to hang. We got ATVs so everything was easy to reach.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in dieser traumhaften Unterkunft! Die Wohnung ist nicht nur unglaublich schön, sondern auch mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich nur wünschen kann. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die stilvolle Einrichtung mit viel Liebe zum Detail – man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an wohl. Ein absolutes Highlight ist die große Dachterrasse mit privatem Pool und Außenküche – der perfekte Ort zum Entspannen! Auch die Lage ist ideal: In wenigen Gehminuten erreicht man zahlreiche Cafés, Restaurants und Supermärkte. Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt und von Herzen weiterempfehlen – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Just came back from a 6 night stay. The place was even nicer than described and shown in the photos and the property manager was extremely helpful throughout our stay. It's in a great, quiet neighborhood, but you will need a car if you stay there - the beach (where the hotels and beach clubs are located) is about a 15-20 min drive and coffee shops/restaurants/markets are only a few mins drive. Kitchen and bathrooms are fully stocked with essentials and the place was very clean with lots of natural light. The rooftop lounge area and pool was also great for an end of the day wind down. All in all, I would re-book here next time I visit Tulum.

If I could give this stay more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! Our experience at this Airbnb in Tulum was nothing short of incredible. The space was beautiful, clean, and exactly as pictured.. But what really set this stay apart was the impeccable customer service. The hosts went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and were always quick to respond with kindness and care. It truly felt like staying at a luxury hotel with a personal touch. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Tulum — we can’t wait to come back!
