Casa La Perla 1 w Private pool and BBQ

This is absolutely the place to stay in Jaco if you’re looking for a fabulously curated, welcoming home away from home. We were a family of nine, ages 11 to 80, and we were all smitten by the pool, the kitchen, our rooms, and the quiet private, yet walkable location. We lived in the pool when we were home and enjoyed every warm sunny moment. We also used Megan’s concierge service (Lokani Tours) to book our adventures (surf lessons, ATVs, zip lining, white water rafting, and a stellar private charter on a stunning Hinckley Picnic boat to the beautiful Tortuga Island). Taking advantage of the private chef service for several dinners provided diverse foods everyone loved with enough leftovers for lunches and snacks. Several bakeries were a short walk away for fresh pastry to have with our coffee by the pool in the morning. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention the transportation. We did not rent a car and having an available driver was terrific.

We loved our stay at LaPerla. The house was exactly as pictured with lots of space for our 3 families including 3 children. The pool was a great size and the outside patio provided lots of shelter from the sun. The furniture was good quality, the beds comfortable and the house was sparkling clean when we arrived. The kitchen was really well appointed and contained all that we needed as avid cooks. Megan and her staff were quick to answer and help when we wanted transportation or had questions about the area or excursions. The walk to the Main Street is about 15-20 min, but once there, you are right in the middle. There are restaurants all around and the beach is just one block from the Main Street. The beach is lovely - not too crowded and the swimming is great for kids as it is shallow for a good stretch. The housekeeper came midstay and supplied us with fresh towels and did a main floor clean. We were super grateful for that.

GREAT PLACE TO STAY! There wasnt a single complaint i can think if. Inside if the air bnb was completely refurbished, AC in every room, the cleaning lady was phenomenal as well. The beds were comfortable, plenty of furniture. The place looks exactly like the pictures if not better then the pictures. Megan did an excellent job accommodating all our needs and keeping things as organized as possibe for us! THE GOLF CARTS ARE A MUST!

Fellow fisherman and adventure seekers .Real hospitality and exceptional service awaits by renting this property. Sailfish and yellowfin and top shelf service including daily chef service and daily maid service was included with listing . The chef Javier did everything from shopping to set up to clean up. Then followed by the most wonderful bi-lingual housekeeper that arrived with an energy that was contagious every day. This property has been tastefully updated and decorated and presents itself better than the pictures .(4real)!! Extremely secure in one of the better neighborhoods a 2-3 minute drive or 10 minute walk to downtown. Been fishing in Jaco for 20 years and normally state the excuse.”it’s Jaco” referring to a lot of dated properties like last years stay. This was not an air b&b or a fishing flop house as in the past . This was my favorite and created a memory of breaking bread and enjoying the company of those I choose to! I cannot say enough amazing things about Megan and her team throughout our first visit to Costa Rica. Megan was very responsive from the moment we booked our trip (months in advance) until our trip ended. We worked through Megan’s concierge services (Lokani) to book tours to Tortuga Island, ATVs, and private chef. Veronica, our concierge, was equally as responsive and was such great contact for us to have throughout our trip. We made multiple requests for driver services, a last minute excursion request, etc. and Veronica never hesitated. Javier, our chef, made every meal fresh and delicious. The house itself was perfect for our group of ten. It was a close walk to Jaco town center, the beach, and having the pool in the backyard was amazing. We hope to be back!

Stop scrolling—this is the Airbnb to book in Jaco, Costa Rica. Period. Whether you're planning a guys' trip or a girls' getaway, this place is a perfect fit. From the moment we arrived, Megan’s team was flawless. Her assistant Amy made sure we were always headed in the right direction—on time for excursions, stocked with everything we needed, and fully set up to enjoy every moment. We opted for the chef service for our arrival dinner and breakfast the next morning—absolutely phenomenal. The food was easily five stars. On Day 2, we booked massages through Megan, and they were incredible. No need to hunt down vendors—Megan’s team handles all the arrangements seamlessly. The house? Even better than the photos. Spacious, luxurious, and perfect for groups. There was more than enough room for the four of us, and it could easily accommodate a large party or family. We rented a car, but the main strip was walkable—and taxis/Ubers were everywhere for safe transportation after a night out. -

Megan was the perfect host anyone could hope for! Even though the property offered self-check-in, she personally greeted us and gave a quick, thoughtful tour of the home and its amenities. The house itself was absolutely pristine—I honestly felt like I had stepped into a 5-star luxury resort. Everything was beautifully organized, with modern finishes, great lighting, and a stunning design throughout. The backyard was a dream: a perfect party space with a BBQ, comfortable seating, and plenty of poolside furniture to relax and dry off. The incredible waterfall feature over the pool and the fun swan floaties added such a special touch to the experience. Megan was also extremely prompt and responsive to any questions we had, which made our stay effortless and enjoyable. Truly, I couldn’t have asked for a better place to create unforgettable memories.
