The Space
Welcome to Villa Riviera, a spacious luxury villa offering breathtaking ocean views. Situated on a scenic hill in the heart of Santa Teresa, the villa is just a 7-minute drive from the main road, where you can find shops, restaurants, and the area's top surf spots.
Please note that due to the villa's hillside location, only 4x4 vehicles or ATVs can access the property. Standard 4x2 cars are unable to reach the villa.
The villa is fully equipped to ensure a comfortable stay and includes daily cleaning and concierge services.
Bedrooms and Living Area
The villa features three bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, air conditioning, and stunning views of the ocean.
On the lower level, there is a spacious living room that opens to a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area.
Outdoor Space
From the living room, step out to a private pool area overlooking the Pacific Ocean. The outdoor space includes tanning beds, a relaxing lounge area, and an additional dining table.

We had such a wonderful experience with Melina. She was super responsive and very sweet. We had everything we needed with daily room cleaning and she even helped us coordinate our rentals like the ATVs and taxis to and from the airport.

Muy lindo lugar, lindas vistas, comodidad, tranqulidad! Si volveríamos a hospedarnos ahí... Lo unico es que como se indica en la descripcion si es necesario un vehículo 4x4, para tomarlo en cuenta.

Great place to stay with great views. Will need a 4x4 vehicle or quad but well worth it. About 5 minute drive to the beach and main road up is majority paved.

First, and maybe most importantly, the view from this house is amazing! Absolutely worth the ride up and down to town, which is actually something we really enjoyed on an ATV. As others said, you definitely need 4x4. The design and architecture of this house is beautiful and overall we enjoyed our stay - we just feel like some areas could use a little TLC, especially the outdoor area and the pool, to make it top notch. Pro tip - use the drawers with locks to store your food. We had a sneaky raccoon visitor at night.

Una vista espectacular y una hermosa casa muy acogedora. La piscina muy linda pero el acceso es complicado 4x4 es requerido y no cualquier 4x4 uno de verdad !!!
