Everything was exactly as described, and the host provided immediate assistance. We had a problem with the water service, which was unrelated to the apartments, but the host still provided us with an immediate solution. We would gladly stay here again.

KODU apartments are very secure and tranquil. The apartment was exactly as photographed and described. Staff were kind and helpful to give confidence for a comfortable stay. Very walkable if you are familiar with the Galerias Santo Domingo area, but otherwise just a short drive from everything you need.  We would definitely consider staying at the location for a future trip.

KODU, it is well worth it and a bargain because it is perfectly located, safe, quite and it has everything you need. I have stayed there everytime I travel to Nicaragua. The staff is excellent at providing the best service with total friendly approach.

Great Place to stay if you are looking for a peaceful & family-oriented vacation. The neighborhood is pretty quiet and safe. The staff was friendly and helpful. The condos are nice and well kept. Galleria Santo Domingo is right around the corner where you can find anything from supermarket to restaurants/entertainment.

Amazing Stay I booked this Airbnb for my mom and grandmother, and it exceeded all expectations! The place was spotlessly clean, and the staff went above and beyond to make their stay comfortable. They were incredibly sweet to my grandmother and even helped her get upstairs, which meant so much to us.

"Great stay for everything except the washing machine; it was one unit, so the washer and dryer were together. This made it almost impossible to wash clothes; the dryer left them wet and took two to five hours per load. This needs to change. Other than that, great location, secure parking, private, and easy access. The price should be much cheaper if the washer is not going to do its job, though."

Great location, easy to find, but no amenities and no dryer in unit to dry clothes. Very step stairs, to access unit and to access bedrooms.
