The Space

The Unit
Our custom-designed condo is ideal for couples, friends, and small families seeking an unforgettable stay in Costa Rica. Please note that the unit is not suitable for infants or toddlers due to stairs, sliding glass doors, and concrete construction.

Location
Location is key. Unlike rentals situated in the hills that require driving on rough dirt roads, our condo in the Villas Flamingo Community is just a two-minute walk from the pristine white sands of Flamingo Beach. Convenience and ease are guaranteed.
Air Conditioning
Playa Flamingo can be warm, but our condo stays cool. Each bedroom is equipped with a new, quiet air conditioning unit installed in July 2025, ensuring a comfortable stay without the worry of malfunctioning systems.
Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with premium amenities, including:

Internet
Stay connected with fast internet available throughout the condo via an eero Pro Mesh WiFi system featuring multiple access points. Our plan offers speeds up to 300 Mbps, with most areas running between 150 and 300 Mbps.

Each television includes an Amazon Fire Stick 4K Max and access to a Netflix account. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming services as well.
Music
Music lovers can stream tunes through the Sonos speaker in the living room. Additionally, a portable JBL speaker is provided for use at the beach or inside, connecting easily via Bluetooth.
Flexible Check-In
We prioritize guest comfort by offering flexible check-in times. To ensure thorough cleaning, we do not allow same-day departures and arrivals. Share your estimated arrival time, and we will do our best to accommodate early check-ins.

Guests have full access to the entire unit, which includes everything needed for a tropical getaway.

Additional Information
Cleaning Fee
There is no cleaning fee for this rental. While cleaners in Costa Rica typically earn around $5 USD per hour, many rentals charge over $200 and expect guests to wash linens. We simply ask that you take your trash to the outside bins; we handle the rest.
Getting to Playa Flamingo
Playa Flamingo is approximately a one-hour drive from Liberia International Airport. Shuttles and taxis are available at the airport, but renting a car is recommended for easier travel around the beach areas. Local taxis can be difficult to arrange.
Rental Cars
Although main highways are paved, dirt roads are common in Costa Rica. A 4x4 vehicle is advisable during the green season to navigate occasional washed-out sections. Two dirt roads lead to Villas Flamingo and can be rough during rainy periods.

This place had it all! Stylishly decorated, stocked with high end amenities for the quick walk to the beach or use of the pool. They had it all. The host was very helpful and quick to respond. I’d stay there again without a doubt. I will be bragging and recommending this place to all my traveling friends. Thanks guys!

Fantastic location - 5 minutes walk to the beach and coco bar / restaurant. House was perfect and great pool. Couldn’t say a thing I would change. Cody was excellent host and very responsive.

Great location, host, and experience! Apartment looks exactly and even better than the pictures, had all of the amenities we could need for beach days, and made it super easy to use during our stay. Check in and check out process were super smooth and Cody’s food recommendations were top notch. Overall great experience and would highly recommend!

I never write reviews but staying at Cody's was really exceptional and added so much to our trip. He provided so many helpful amenities, we felt like we were right at home but with even better gear and appliances :) All the the beach gear was so useful and essential (the beach was so hot and you definitely need shade). We loved using the Nutribullet for smoothies, the yeti mugs, and my husband was very jealous of the coffeemaker. Plus the bathroom had super thoughtful products for us to use. Cody was also a great communicator and helped us late at night get into the condo when we hadn't read the directions well enough. We would definitely seek out his condo in the future!

This was perfect for our family of 4. Pristine pool steps from the condo and the beach access was easy and in a prime location away from the busy part of the beach. They had everything we needed for beach and pool days and was exactly as described. The common areas were kept up daily and had security around at all times. Very friendly and welcoming complex. We loved staying here and highly recommend Cody and Anna as hosts, Pura Vida!

The Flamingo Dream was a dream! This condo is even better in real life than the photos. I think it's because it offers you a feeling, which needs to be experienced and can't be captured in a picture. There is fun art everywhere and so much attention to detail. The condo offers every amenity you could possibly need. The beach gear was so awesome to have! The mattress was comfy, great sheets and bedding. Even the bathroom was well stocked. The pool is clean and the landscaping well kept. The walk to the beach is really just a couple minutes so this was a great location if you want to enjoy the beach and have restaurants near by. Cody recommended Mar Vista and I would agree it should be on your list for a great sunset view and good food! Cody and Anna were wonderful hosts, very easy to work with and communicative. They offered lots of recommendations to make our first visit to Costa Rica perfect. We loved this home away from home and hope to come back!

This was our third year at #14, and it was wonderful! Always clean, well furnished and stocked. Grounds are lovely and well maintained. Easy walk to the beautiful beach. All the beach gear is furnished. Cody is the most responsive and gracious host! We will be back!
