Villa Kañik

This villa is absolutely beautiful and the hosts pay attention to every detail. They were very attentive to our interests and needs and checked in with us frequently to see if we needed anything. The house keeper came each day and cleaned and did laundry if needed. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen fully stocked with anything needed to cook. I highly recommend staying here as it was not just a typical rental but an experience of a lifetime for our family.

We had an amazing week at Villa Kanik. The house itself was beautiful—spotlessly clean, comfortable, and with a view that was truly something special. Waking up to monkeys one morning was a fun bonus! Adriana and Katherine were incredible. They went above and beyond to help us plan our trip, from helping to book activities to recommending great places to eat and explore in the area. They also arranged our transportation to and from the airport, which made everything so easy and stress‑free. Overall, our stay couldn’t have been better. We’d happily return and highly recommend Villa Kanik to anyone looking for a wonderful Costa Rica getaway.

We can't say enough amazing things about our stay. This villa exceeded all expectations. It is such a beautiful and tranquil space. Every part of the house is so well-planned and thought out. We only had our immediate family, but there is definitely space for two families. Dominicolito is an amazing and quiet beach area. The beach is just down the road and parking is easy peasy. Adrianna got us in touch with Jordie, the most patient and knowledgeable surf instructor. My kids were surfing stars by end of week. The views from the infinity pool can relax even the most stressed out person. The pizza oven was such an added bonus. We can't wait to visit again!

Villa Kañik is easily one of our more favorite Airbnb stays. The house itself is well built and beautifully designed with thoughtful touches. It is even more beautiful and spacious in person. Even with the beautiful wide open ocean view, the property is nestled in nicely in the jungle and feels very private. The location is also great being convenient to both Uvita and Dominical. The hosts are helpful and communicative. 11 out of 10 recommend!

This home is absolutely gorgeous!! We had more than enough space to spend time together but still have our reset time. The views are amazing! I would suggest renting a car with Katherine the property manager before arriving, the process is easy and you will need a vehicle. I would definitely stay here again.

Our group had such an incredible time here. The house is beautiful. The host were very responsive and helpful with coordinating our arrival as well as offering activity and spa options for the area. If I make it back to Costa Rica again we will absolutely be staying here and for much longer.

The view is spectacular. Photos don’t do it justice. The home is comfortable, clean, and perfectly appointed to host large groups. The hosts are responsive, friendly, and proactive. They have thought of everything you need to have a relaxing, enjoyable, and luxurious stay. This is easily in top-3 best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed. This house requires a stay and merits a return. We hope to enjoy it again in the future!

The Villa Kanik is absolutely beautiful, spacious and a well designed home for movement of a large group with multiple gathering spaces. The Villa provided a safe, quiet place for our family to gather while enjoying time together. The pool was an absolute hit with the grandchildren and a refreshing activity at any time of the day. Some enjoyed yoga out by the pool with the mats provided. The property is beautifully landscaped adding to the already lush natural surrounding jungle. We enjoyed breakfast each morning, prepared by our local cook Jussy, out on the patio. Patrick was always quick to answer any questions we had. The children were able to see monkeys, lizards, geckos, tucans, parrots and other wild life. Everything was reasonably in close proximity of the Villa.

incredible place to stay! we loved the pool and watching the sunsets every night! very spacious and Jussy was amazing! easy travel to dominical, uvita/bahia, and manuel antonio! came to visit a family member who lives in Costa Rica and hoping to come back to stay here in the future!

Villa Kanik was phenomenal! Both the home and the host were spectacular!! From the minute you open that front door and see the AMAZING view you know you will be in for the vacation of a lifetime! Not only is the house itself one of a kind, but Adriana was the most accommodating and friendly host. She and Katherine were so helpful in planning our excursions and dinners; always very responsive and informative. They helped find tours, chefs, restaurants, and transportation and everything was perfect! They even went above and beyond helping us at the VERY last minute when we had flight delays getting into San Jose and they found transportation so we wouldn’t be stranded on the day of our arrival. They also scrambled and found 5 masseuses when we asked quite late in the day. Any questions we had they could answer. The villa was perfect for our family of 6! Kanik is a spacious home with incredible views and wonderful indoor and and outdoor living areas. You cannot do any better!
