We LOVED our family vacation at Tres Palmeras! The beach was filled with cool sea life and reefs, the pool was lovely, the sunrise over the ocean was gorgeous every morning and the sunset and stars were stunning from the roof. It was the exact relaxation we were looking for, and we were very well cared for by Will, the caretaker, and his family. They cooked us delicious meals, cleaned while we were out, and kept our water restocked. Cannot recommend enough!

the house is beautiful in a protected safe area, immaculately clean and very comfortable for our family of 6 adults and 4 grandkids. the onsite staff are wonderful, they are excellent cooks , very friendly, keep the house and kitchen immaculate and were a real plus as they relieved the burden of cooking wonderful dinners which we selected. the only downside at this location is the inability to safely enter the ocean from the beach in front of the house because of dangerous irregular shaped and jagged rocks. for the family not interested in swimming in the ocean this is a perfect venue.

We visited as a group of 8 friends and it was a perfect place for our reunion. The views and setting right on the beach is wonderful. The sound of the waves and the beautiful views from 3/4 bedrooms, and all the living space was so relaxing. We enjoyed most of our time lounging by the pool. The caretakers were very friendly and very accommodating to our preferences and requests, the food they prepared for all the meals was delicious and such a wonderful value. There were little things that could have made it a tiny bit smoother to be proactively informed about but whenever we asked we got the support and answers we needed. It was great to have the caretakers onsite for any questions or support needed right away. Overall a great value for the home and meals, and perfect fit with a group of 8.

We knew we were lucky to rent Tres Palmas, and the atmosphere and home exceeded our expectations. With other places we have rented, the photographs carefully presented the best impression possible. This home the photos were realistic and showed casual images.

There was so much magic about this place! The house was gorgeous, clean, and well kept. Very well stocked kitchen for anything you could need. The pool and outdoor space was incredible, we spent much of our time out there. All in all the property and home are a 10/10. However, that isn’t even the star of the show. Wilbert and Gloria are the most incredible and honestly the most notable part of our stay here. They are seriously the most kind and lovely people! They made our time outstanding in every way, we were truly sad to leave them (I still miss them). We had 6 or so meals that they made and every single one was delicious, some of the best food we had during our month long stay across the Yucatán. I highly recommend to schedule meals with them, it will be much better than any of the restaurants in a walkable distance. I’ve stayed in so many airbnbs all over the world and this one will forever stand out because of them. I hope the host can show them this (&tell them we love them ❤️)

We LOVED our stay here. I wish we could have stayed longer and would love to come back someday. You can see the ocean from almost every room. We unfortunately came during a bit of a cold spell, so we didn’t get to use the pool/outdoor space as much as we hoped, but it’s gorgeous. Wilbert and Gloria are lovely and so helpful. They speak English and Spanish, but we had fun learning a few Mayan words from Wilbert (that’s his native language). Along with housekeeping, they made margs and guac for our arrival, cooked us a delicious dinner one night, helped us to find a nice taxi company, and helped hire a massage therapist to come to the house. We felt so taken care of, and I’m very grateful. FYI we ended up renting a car and were very glad we had one. I’d recommend it, if you can. Once you enter the gated community, it’s about a 15 min drive down a long, unpaved road full of potholes to the house. Totally worth it, but it’s definitely a trek. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The place was stunning—beautifully maintained, spaceous for a family of 7 adults, and perfectly located. The food prepared by Wilbur and Gloria was absolutely amazing, far exceeding our expectations. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, making our stay truly special. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing experience. Can't wait to come back!

We had a fantastic time at Ben's house and this was during hurricane Beryl! The house is gorgeous with direct access to the ocean and provides opportunities to observe local wildlife safely. The staff went above and beyond during our stay helping with everything from grocery shopping to cooking delicious meals. Thank you Gloria, Wilbert and family! A note, the road to get to the house is rough, unpacked and bumpy, adding about 15 mins to your travel time. However, I would not let that deter me from staying here. There are restaurants (at least 3) in the same road as well as a cenote. We were unable to check out the cenote but it looked beautiful. The restaurant we tried was great. Beautiful place, great stay 👍🏽👍🏽
