El lugar es suficientemente cómodo para una estadía corta en familia. Estuvimos 5 personas y nos acomodamos muy bien. La comunicación con Ana Laura fue muy fácil y cordial en todo momento. El estudio queda ubicado en un conjunto residencial muy tranquilo, con piscinas comunales a disposición también. Se encuentra muy cerca de la zona de playas. Un lugar muy recomendado sin duda.

Muy buena comunicación, la estancia tal cual se ve en las fotos, todo muy ordenado y acogedor, la piscina limpia e inclusive amablemente Ana Laura nos permitió salir un poco más tarde de la hora de check out, el lugar está muy cerca de la playa Ocotal lo que es un plus.

It was a nice stay in all. Unfortunately we had to leave abruptly. The issues that came up in the unit were out of anyone’s control but an attempt was made at remedying when possible. For that I will say the communication was good when it counted. Flies and ants were taken care of as best as could be during the first week. A pot lid (top handle) broke while grabbing it from pantry - the pot was bent so the lid didn’t close properly. (Past guest issues made worse) The clothes rack outside broke the first time using it to dry. (used a chair to prop it up) The bathroom sink drains super slow but it’s something maintenance could fix on. I caused damage to 2 glass cups as I was washing dishes; left $20 . ☹️ Pro tip for unit: put cinnamon down to detour ants. Silvio, Jovani and Antonio are the best ( 2 groundskeepers and the other is security). They all practice English so great Spanish tutors.

Excelente lugar! la piscina deliciosa!! lo disfrutamos mucho, tiene todo lo que se necesita! fueron muy comunicativos y siempre dispuestos a ayudarnos

This little condo was lovely. It smelled fresh and clean and the AC worked great! The place had everything we needed to cook daily. We enjoyed our time here!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was walking distance to Ocotal beach and an easy taxi to Coco. The beach is clean & safe with a new playground for kids. The condo is basic but has all you need for a comfortable stay. We prepared most of our meals there & had all the kitchen supplies we needed to do so. The pool is nice for cooling off & AC works great. Neighbors in the Condo are friendly. Hot showers & even hot water for washing dishes!
