The Space

This luxurious three-bedroom beachfront condo is located in the exclusive Diamante Golf Resort. It features:

• A large terrace with:
  • Outdoor gas barbecue grill
  • Jacuzzi hot tub
  • Four lounge chairs
  • Outdoor teak dining table for six
• Spectacular views of the beach, ocean, and breathtaking sunsets, visible from the master bedroom, kitchen, and living room.

The studio master suite includes a private terrace with closer views of the ocean and sunset, furnished with two comfortable outdoor chairs.

The living room is equipped with a large 85-inch TV and a full Sonos sound system, including a Sonos Arc soundbar, Sonos subwoofer, and two rear Sonos Era 300 speakers on stands.

The fully equipped kitchen includes:

• Condiments and spices
• Cooking utensils
• Blender, toaster, Panini press, and pasta pot
• Nespresso station with milk frother (stocked with pods)
• Drip coffee machine in the main kitchen

Additional features include:

• A powder room (half bath) next to the laundry closet and full kitchen
• A laundry closet with a standard-size stacked washer and dryer, including quality detergent, fabric softener, and dryer sheets
• Air conditioning throughout
• Artwork and comfortable furniture

Each bedroom has:

• A king-size bed
• A 55-inch TV with hotel cable and Sonos system
• Its own private bathroom with shower

The master bathroom features:

All bathrooms are stocked with essentials, including toothpaste, feminine products, plush towels (including oversized), and black makeup washcloths.

As guests of the Ocean Club Residence Condo, you have access to Diamante’s luxury facilities and amenities, including:

• On-site pool with pool bar and restaurant (free access)
• 10-acre saltwater Crystal Lagoon (free access), including:
  • Swimming pool, hot tub, and lagoon
  • Towels, paddle boards, kayaks, pedal boats, ping pong, and volleyball (all free of charge)
• Water park with snack bar and kid-friendly options (free access)
• Free access to putting course, putting greens, and driving ranges (appropriate attire required)
• Diamante Spa (fees apply; reservations recommended)
• Six restaurants, including:
  • Sports Bar (open for breakfast through dinner)
  • Izzy’s Restaurant (open for dinner from 5 PM)
  • The Market (open 24 hours)
  • Amigo’s Restaurant (at the lagoon)
  • Ocean Club Restaurant (at the OCR)
  • The Woods Restaurant (lunch and dinner options)

Access to the Health and Fitness Center (fees may apply, usually approximately $18 USD per day) includes:

You can also access the three golf courses, with reservations required and additional fees applicable.

Other Things to Note

We offer shopping services to ensure the kitchen and condo are fully stocked with your preferences, saving you time and providing a home-away-from-home feel. Transportation to and from the airport, assistance with golf, spa, and activity reservations are also available.

The fees for the Jacuzzi/hot tub on the condo terrace are included in your nightly rates, with no additional fees. The Jacuzzi is emptied, cleaned, and refilled after each guest's stay, with the electric heater and circulation pumps maintained throughout your visit. If you prefer not to use the Jacuzzi, please let us know for a special discount on your rental.

Access to the Diamante Health and Fitness Center includes tennis, basketball, pickleball courts, a full gym, and all group classes and daily activities. There may be additional fees for classes, paid directly to Tafer at Diamante.

The two championship golf courses, The Dunes by Davis Love III and El Cardonal by Tiger Woods, each cost approximately $500 USD per round per player, plus a mandatory caddie fee of $25 (plus tip), which includes food and beverages during playtime and a golf cart. The Oasis Short Course by Tiger Woods is a fun par-3 golf course, costing around $30 per round per player.
