The Space

Casa Panga is a newly built, 8,000 square foot private oasis featuring:

• 6 bedrooms
• 4 and 1/2 bathrooms
• A traditional Mexican style with a modern feel, built around a courtyard

The house can accommodate weddings, family reunions, or a girls' weekend. Raquel and Mario, who live on-site, will take care of your every need, ensuring a memorable vacation.

Services

Raquel offers the following services for $25 per person per day:

• Cooking
• Cleaning
• Shopping

You will pay her directly for these services and reimburse her for the cost of food and beverages. Upon your arrival, you can relax and enjoy your time without worrying about meals or chores.

Location

Casa Panga is located in a remote area, allowing for peaceful beach walks where you may not see another person for hours. It is:

• 20 minutes from the quaint town of San Jose, perfect for lunch, dinner, or shopping
• 45 minutes from the lively town of Cabo San Lucas, ideal for nightlife

Amenities

The property includes a variety of recreational equipment:

• 1 stand-up paddleboard
• Several skimboards
• Multiple boogie boards
• Beach umbrellas
• A pop-up tent for the beach
• 8 reclining beach chairs
• A selection of surfboards (mostly short)
• Beach toys
• A basketball hoop

Fishing

Casa Panga is situated right at the Punta Gorda fishing grounds, known for some of the best fishing in the world. With an early morning rise, you can enjoy the sunrise while sipping a freshly made café latte, served by the staff. You may even witness panga boats off shore catching local species. Fishing right off the shore has yielded great results, including instances where fish were caught without bait.
