Welcome to the LollyDay Inn, a spacious and beautifully designed beachside retreat perfect for families. Surrounded by lush greenery, this Caribbean oasis offers stunning natural views from every room, thanks to ample windows that fill the space with natural light.

Inside, you’ll find numerous cozy spots to relax, whether you want to enjoy a quiet moment or take in the ocean scenery. After check-in with our on-site manager, unwind in the comfortable living room featuring plush seating adjacent to the kitchen, allowing for easy socializing during meal preparation. The living area includes a smart TV with local cable and the option to log into your own streaming accounts.

The main floor also has two bathrooms and a balcony overlooking the verdant surroundings. The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and all necessary utensils, making it easy to prepare anything from simple meals to elaborate feasts. For outdoor cooking, choose between a propane grill by the pool or a Green-Egg-style grill on the top deck.

Enjoy meals in the cozy eat-in kitchen with seating for eight or dine outside by the pool. Start your mornings with local coffee on the veranda off the living room while soaking in panoramic views of nature and water. The top deck offers spectacular bay views, a convenient sink, seating, and a perfect spot to watch sunrises and sunsets.

Location

A short five-minute walk down the hill leads you to a quiet local beach featuring excellent snorkeling opportunities and the Clearwater Dive Shop right on the shore. The beach has turtle grass in the water, and guests can relax using host-provided chairs and umbrellas. Beach towels are also supplied.

For crystal-clear waters, take a brief water taxi ride to the world-famous West Bay Beach ($5 per person each way from the dock). Pack light, as the LollyDay Inn provides snorkel masks, floats, and other beach gear.

Sleeping Arrangements

This spacious home offers a variety of comfortable sleeping options:

• Bedroom 1: Queen bed with a twin bunk above and a twin loft bed over the desk area—ideal for siblings sharing the room. Includes storage, a TV, private toilet, and a beautifully tiled shower.
• Bedroom 2: Two sets of bunk beds, ample storage, and access to a separate hall bathroom. Perfect for children or young guests. This level also has a small balcony with seating.
• Bedroom 3 (Premier Suite): Luxurious king-size bed, ensuite bathroom with his-and-hers sinks, walk-in rain shower, garden tub, in-suite Keurig coffeemaker, smart TV, dresser storage, and a private lanai with a hammock for relaxation. Located on the top floor for privacy.
• Additional sleeping space includes a full-size pull-down Murphy bed in the kitchen area.

Guest Access

Guests have full access to the entire house. Covered parking is available for one vehicle, with an extra parking spot nearby. The on-site manager will assist with check-in and is available as much or as little as you need.

Additional Information

• For security, cameras monitor the front and back doors and will be reviewed if necessary. The living room has a motion sensor, but no cameras.
• No parties or events are allowed, in accordance with Airbnb regulations.
• Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house.
• Pets are not permitted.
