As a guest of Casa de las Palmas, access to the Santa Carmela Beach Club, pools, and tennis courts is included. Other things to note The nightly rate includes a total of four hours a day of heat for the hot tub. This helps us keep our nightly rate lower for all guests, instead of charging everyone more to compensate for the high cost of gas for heat in Cabo. Our pool is perfect for cooling off from the Cabo sun, but is NOT heated. Our team will leave the air conditioners set at a temperature that will be comfortable for guests, but will not be so low that it freezes the unit. PLEASE NOTE - if a guest in any way manipulates the temperature below 22 degrees celsius, the unit may freeze and have to be turned off to thaw, and the guest will be charged for any damage incurred. Leaving windows and doors open while running the A/C can also result in the A/C malfunctioning, please PLEASE KEEP DOORS AND WINDOWS CLOSED WHILE RUNNING THE A/C. A pack n’ play is available, should you need one during your stay. We must be notified via AirBnB messenger at least 48 hours before check-in if you’ll need a pack n’ play. Please provide your own baby sheet. Only five visiting guests in addition to those staying at the home are allowed on the property at any time. Drone use is prohibited by HOA Regulations. Guests in violation of this policy may be subject to a fine issued by the HOA. PLEASE NOTE: One of the five bedrooms is a "casita" which includes the bedroom and a private en suite bathroom - access to this bedroom is from the exterior. There is a door to the patio just off the kitchen, and the casita is accessed from that same patio. The Santa Carmela HOA has very strict security for the safety of all residents and guests. We are REQUIRED to provide a photo or scan of the identification of EACH GUEST staying in the house. We will request the IDs via AirBnB message a few days prior to arrival. Please provide the information in a timely manner to ensure you don't experience any delays or inconveniences when you arrive at the security gate to check in. Guests must abide by the Santa Carmela HOA Rules and Regulations. Any fines incurred by guest violations will be charged to the guest through the AirBnB claims process. Unpaid fines during a guest's stay may result in a guest being denied access to the neighborhood by HOA Security. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Security is VERY strict about noise violations - please ensure noise is kept to a conversational level only during quiet hours, in order to avoid fines.
