The Space

Enjoy this renovated beachfront three-bedroom villa on Playa Redonda, just steps from the beach. Playa Redonda is voted one of the most beautiful beaches in Nicaragua.

The rental consists of:

• One two-story master suite with a king bed and two sofa sleepers
• A kitchen and living area
• Two smaller tree house units with queen beds

Each villa has its own private deck, bathroom with shower, refrigerator, and coffee maker. The pool is exclusive to the villas and faces the beach.

The Urraca consists of three separate private beachfront villas located around the plunge pool, which overlooks the beach. The two side villas each have:

• Private beachfront decks
• A queen suite with an attached bathroom
• A dedicated workspace

The master suite is directly behind the pool and features:

• Two stories
• A full kitchen
• A living room and half bathroom downstairs
• A king bed, teakwood shower, and full bathroom upstairs

There are decks on both floors to view the beach and Redonda Bay. All villas have air conditioning, and there is also an outdoor grill. An additional fee applies for groups over four people ($20 per person per night).

Guest Access

Guests will have full access to all three villas and the pool, with the exception of owner and maintenance closets.

Location

Contact us to arrange water taxis for dining, surfing, surf lessons with local professionals, or fishing trips from the beach in front of the villa. Beach restaurant hours vary based on the season and may often be closed in the slow season. Please inquire for details.

Working Remotely

No worries about working remotely! We provide dedicated stable internet and three different workspaces in the villas.
