"La Sombra" Puerta Del Mar Villa 2B, is a 3 bedroom Beach Front Villa. Nestled in the shade of a 100 year old Genízaro Tree with spectacular sunset views. Located in a great location steps away from the pool, beach, surf, clubhouse, restaurants and bar. There is free/convenient parking available in front of the Villa. The space "La Sombra" has been recently renovated. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and enjoy views of ocean and nature. Beach amenities such as pool toys, board games and ice chest for your outings are included. It has a fully equipped kitchen to prepare your favorite meals. Guest access Rancho Santana is Nicaragua's premier 5 star resort community. There is a Mandatory Resort Fee paid directly to Rancho Santana that includes many wonderful amenities. The fee is $15 + tax, per person, per day for all guests over the age of eight. 3 PM arrivals and 10AM departures work as "non qualifying" days. Upon checking in at concierge, you will be greeted with a welcome drink and guidance to the Villa. Amenities include: Complimentary coffee at the cafe every morning and several comfortable work space areas with wifi and ocean view, beautiful beaches several swimming pools ,World-renowned surfing spots and hiking trails, grocery store, surf shop, pickle ball, boutique, tennis, turtle hatching scouting birdwatching and tailored family experiences. At additional costs, but only accessible to guests: surfing lessons, spa services, horseback riding, yoga, mountain biking, daycare, sand boarding. Guests will have access to resort amenities, concierge services, activities, events and all awhile enjoying the comforts of the Villa. Other things to note Various services are available upon arrival such as fresh juices, ironing, fishing, boat trips and surf expeditions. Additionally, the resort is a gated community with cameras outside the grounds of the resort.

## Guest Access
